Things get off to a rocky start

To Haley's happiness the night finally arrived and she couldnt be more excited until she saw Claire setting up the home alarm system. Haley suddenly asked "Mom, what are you doing?" to which Claire replied "Ohh don't you think, that i forgot about you honey, if we have to leave you alone we are not gonna take any risks. I have changed the password to the home security system, which means that you wont be able to step out and neither will anyone be able to come in, so if you had any plans of sneaking out or hosting a party, Its not going to happen. Also, dont bother your brother or sister to find out the password because only Phil and I know it. So the next time the door opens it can only be one of us". Frustated by her mothers actions Haley yelled "Mom, why are you such a control freak, what is wrong with you!!". A surprised Claire looked at Haley and said "You know honey i was going to be kind and leave you your phone and laptop, but with that attitude you just lost both of your privileges" and she put the phone and laptop in her bag and left. The moment that Haley had waited for was here, she was alone in her home but all the lust and excitement faded and the only thing that was left was her anger towards Claire.
