They managed to put down the fire, but at a great loss.

"Alright Mercie, how are we gonna put this thing down ?", Asked Annette nervous as the fire grew.

"Don't worry Annie, i have a plan, i don't know if this will work, put trust me", replied Merceded, upon which, she began to work, searching and looking for something she saw earlier when she was cleaning the dishes.

While she was cleaning the dishes in the kitchen, Mercedes noticed that there was a rather big barrel of water near on top of the counter of the kitchen that was used for cooking and cleaning, if they were able to break the barrel and pour it's contents on top of the oven, they would be able to put down the fire, or so she thought.

After explaining her little plan to Annette, Mercedes then explained how they were going to make the barrel break, "All that we need to do is to use a simple small explosion spell to break the barrel, and then use levitation on the barrel to move it", she explained, "The problem is..., i'm not that good when it comes to reason magic, will you help me out Annie ?", she added.

"Of course i will Mercie, i made this happen, and so, it's only fair that i fixed it", Annette responded excited, "Good, i'll watch over you in case anything goes wrong, Annie", Mercedes replied. And so, with the plan decided, all that Annette had to do was to use the correct spells in the correct order, in the correct strenght, and in the correct time, however there was two problems with it that they didn't account for.

Problem #1 was that, to use the spells needed, annette had to be close to the kitchen to do them, lest she misfire one of them, and thus, and she began to work, she was already dangerously close to the fire. Problem #2 was, that of course, Annette was a huge clumsy, and so...

"Alright, let's do this", Annette said as she prepared the first spell, "Here it goes", she said as she casted it on the barrel, however, rather than creating a small explosion, Annette had accidentaly casted the medium explosion spell, and so, instead of the small hole she hoped for, now the barrel had multiple holes pouring water down in an alarming speed. And worse, the explosion made the fire even more violent and stronger, to the point that now, both of them were completely covered in flames.

However, rather than let this failure let her down, Annette decided to continue, for even when she was covered in flames, she was determined to make things right this time, and so, she inmidiately used the levitation spell on the barrel to move it over the oven before the water ran out. "There, this should be it...", she said relieved as the plan worked, for the barrel still had the right amount of water to put down the fire in the kitchen, and in themselves. Thus, ending this little accident.

"Wow, Annie, you did it!", Cheered the now covered in water Mercedes as for her friend's success, and rushed down to hug her. It was then however, that Mercedes realized that something had gone wrong during the fire, for they were definitely missing some cloth...
