They do their best

One of the skeletons scratch his bony head, as they try to understand what you just said. You hear them click and crack their bones and rattle their heads, and it seems like they actually understand eachother. They do this for a little while and you hope they see that this does not have to end with you fighting them.

Suddenly, most of the skeletons step back, leaving only one standing in front. Just as you are about to speak, you hear a loud -pling-, and see a faint shimmer flow around the skeleton in front. His bones seem to change a bit, looking more dense, he also seems to be growing a bit taller than the others.

"What is going on?" You ask, almost expecting an answer. Knowing full well that they can't tell you, you instead focus on the bigger skeleton and 'Inspect' him.

"Did... Did you just level up? That is so neat." You say excitedly, as you clap your hands togeather to congratulate it.

The leader starts to move around, almost like a very rigid dance. The skeletons behind, starts to join in. Their movement is just as rigid and it does not take long to recognise the pattern. You shrug your shoulders and start to mimic their movements.

This goes on for a while, before the leader stops, then the other stop and finally you stop too. They all rigidly jump and cheer as their leader steps towards you and reach out his hand to you.

You step forward too with a smile and grab him hand and shake it. You are shocked when his hand pops off, as he pulls his arm towards himself. In a comicly move, he looks at his stump, then at you holding his hand, then back at his stump.

You feel a drop of sweat forming on your forehead, as you stand there with his severed hand, scared that you might have done something bad.

The leader then starts to mimic laughter, as he turns around and show the others his missing hand. They all join in this mimicing laughter. The leader turns to you, still laughing as he reaches out with his other hand, pointing to his severed hand. You give the hand you are holding a hard pull, to get it to loosen it's grip and hand it to the leader. He puts it back in place with a few cracks and bone scraping noises.

He then walks up next to you, his head at your hip height, before he slaps your ass, making it jiggle, as he starts to walk towards a door on the opposite end of the room. The other skeletons follow.
