They become Spore Spreaders

With each of the Males now passed out, Anna/you noticed the three males heads beginning to ooze liquids out of their heads. You have the other 36 of You present begin preparing for the Sorority party. You have Anna and Ms. smith carry the three human males upstairs for the time being to watch and monitor them while the other 36 continue preparations.

As You watch them you soon watch as eventually their entire head is encased in the ooze from their heads until there was nothing left resembling a human head. Instead in its place was a fungal looking beehive structure that eventually hardens over an hour.

Instinctively you realize what has become of them. They are now Spore Spreaders. When near suitable hosts their heads would explode showering an area in your infectious spores. When not rushing towards potential hosts they were to lay dormant until you needed them or act as your workers helping to attend to your Hives but not integrated into your hive mind.
