There is no perfect crime

Anna pries the door open slowly and glances down the hallway for anyone suspicious. Seeing no one, she exits the classroom and starts back down the hall towards her class.

Making her way through the hallway, Anna observes the various posters along the walls. There are a number of posters advertising the upcoming student elections as well as various events. One rather large poster advertised the upcoming school musical. A flyer about babysitting catches Anna's attention as she could use a bit of extra cash.

Anna was closely examining the flyer, which is why she didn't even notice the girl sneaking up behind her. Before Anna felt a breeze tickle her nether regions. She looked down to see someone had pulled her skirt and panties clear down to her ankles.

"Hey, what are you doing!?" Anna proclaimed.

"Getting payback," the culprit replied with a smirk.

As Anna attempted to do something about her sudden exposure, she got caught up in the garments and toppled over. With a distinct advantage the girl hopped on top of Anna and grabbed her arms.

"Ow ow cut it out!" Anna yelled as she struggled to get out from underneath the girl.

"This is what you get for stealing my panties." The girl pulled a couple of zip-ties out of her pocket and tightened them around Anna's wrists. "Since you can't seem to keep your sticky fingers away from others' belongings, let's make sure you won't be doing it again." The girl grabbed the skirt and stolen panties from Anna's ankles. "Have fun," the girl uttered snidely.

"Get back here!" Anna turned to see the short brunette carrying off Anna's skirt and the stolen panties, probably a freshman or sophomore. Her predicament was much worse than before. Anna had to think fast. She might be able to hide somewhere, but without the use of her hands, she won't be able to get anything else on. She really needs to get these restraints off of her hands. Maybe she could bargain with the brunette?
