There's a blackout, and the house get's robbed.

While having to stay naked until her clothes were ready wasn't what se wanted, at the very least she will have them once and for all, so that's good, or so Alice thought.

As today it was cleaning day, all of the dirty clothes of the house were set to be cleaned all at once, yet Alice's little brother, Kyle, who had it as it chore, managed to mess them all up, meaning that her mother would have to wash them again.

And it was gonna take a while, for when the laundry machine finished to clean all of the clothes, it was already 8:00, and there was still the issue of drying them !!, for Alice wouldn't certainly want wet clothes.

But just as her clothes were in the drying machine, the machine stopped and the lights all went down, for it was a blackout.

"What ?!!, a blackout!!, seriously ?!!", Alice yelled annoyed.

"Yeah, the electrical company said an notification that would be doing repairs at these hours, but they only sent it a couple of hours ago", Alice's dad explained.

"Well great, as if this day couldn't get any worse", she complained.

"Don't be so negative, it's only gonna last a few minutes", her mom reasured her, but shortly she would be proved wrong.

For just as they were talking, there was a loud sound coming from the garage, that of a window breaking, for they were getting robbed.

"Oh my, i think someone entered here", Mom said.

_"Don't worry, i'll get my rifle", Dad said as he went up to retrieve it.

_"Mom, i'm scared!!", Alice said.

"Don't be so loud, we need to stay here or else they could do things with us", she replied.

The blackout seemed like a eternity, and as Alice's dad had trouble finding his rifle in the dark, and the rest of her familiy was to scared to intervene, the thiefs had plenty of time to steal things, even if they were only limited to the garage and nearby rooms.

By the time Dad found his rifle and came downstairs, the blackout had ended, and the thiefs had escaped.

"Dammit, they got away!!, let's follow him, he yelled.

"Ehh..., i think it's better to let them go and report to the police", Alice commented.

"Yeah.., you're right", dad replied as he calmed down.

"Either way, we should check what's missing to know what did they stole", mom commented, upon which, Alice and her family went on to see what did the thieves stole, only to find out that...
