Theo picked up the dice and rolled, "A 5, the railroad. Or in this case, 'Highway to Hell'. I'll buy it, obviously."

He sorted through the cards and picked out the right one. As he went to set it down in front of him he saw new text appear on it, "What? Was that always there? It says Highway to hell - Others are more accepting of degeneracy from player."

"That's weird, I don't remember seeing anything underneath the titles, but we just must have missed it. I'll roll next, oh sweet, snake eyes!" Ivy moved her champagne flute two spaces to the first community chest, "It says Steal $200 from another player. Oh sweet, um, Dax!"

Dax grumbled and handed her $200. She rolled again and moved to the final light blue space, "Oooh all you can eat buffet. Yum. Buy it." She picked up her property and saw a subtitle on the deed also, "Oh weird. It says - Can consume unlimited calories without gaining weight. Ya right, that'd be nice."

Dax went next, getting a 3 and landing on a brown tile, "Dive bar? Sweet. I should own a bar, right? Only $60 too. My weird subtitle says Minor **** tolerance boost. Guess I'd better drink up then!" He took a big swig of beer.

Kat took the dice and rolled, "2 and doubles. Guess I get community chest too. It says...Pay for a round of drinks ($50) - You will feel tipsy. Guess I pay that to the bank..." She pulled out some bills but suddenly felt strange. She looked at the glass of wine that she'd poured before going to answer the door earlier. It was still half full. Was it suddenly hitting her or was something else going on?

She shook herself, no, it was just the wine. She rolled again, "8, going to jail! Well, just visiting. You're up Sahar."

Sahar smiled and rolled the dice, "4-4. That's a blue property. Frat House? Guess I'll buy it. It says...Confidence boost? Guess I'll take it. Oh, and I'll roll again." She quickly tossed them, "Another 8, but no doubles this time. That puts me on Underground Fight Club? Buy!"

She grabbed the property and put it in front of her.

"What does it say?" Kat asked, curious.

"Oh, uh minor strength increase? Weird." Sahar passed the dice onto Theo.

Theo rolled a 3, landing on the Frat House.

"Yes, pay me!" Sahar said immediately, "Um, wow, $6? That's it?"

"$6, why even bother?" Theo said as he handed it over.

"Wait, there's something else, it says...Bro-isms Compulsion." Sahar read off her card, "Wait, it disappeared."

Theo raised an eyebrow, "You're joking bro."

"Bro? Dude, when do you ever call anyone bro?" Ivy asked Theo.

"Huh? Never."

"You just did." Ivy insisted.

Theo shook his head, "No way bro, I wouldn't say that."

Everyone stared at him. Then Dax laughed and slapped Theo on the back, "Oh man, what a jokester. You got us dude."

Theo laughed, not because he understood what was going on, but because he was deeply uncomfortable with the attention.

"Right, of course. I'll roll," Ivy said. A 3 put her on the Black Market, where the utility normally was, "Buy it, duh." She said, "It says People are more likely to trust you with secrets. Uh, weird, but ok."

Dax rolled, and immediately groaned, "Man, I gotta pay Ivy? After she robbed me?" He moved his token to All You Can Eat Buffet.

"Yep, a whole $8!" Ivy said, "Oh...and wow, that definitely wasn't there before. it says you have a slight addiction to pussy."

Dax snorted, "Wow, well it did say Sinner's Edition. Sure. I'll eat you out anytime." He winked at her. He was joking, but that idea was suddenly rather appealing to him.

"Eww." Ivy stuck her tongue out at him.

Kat rolled 5-5, moving all the way to free parking, or 'Underworld Hideout'. Per the rules it was just a safe space. So she rolled again landing on the railroad space, "Route 666. Very clever," Kat rolled her eyes, "But I'll buy it. Oh, it says...it's now easier to get your motor running? What does that even mean?"

"Uh KittyKat?" teased, "It's about sex."

Kat blushed, "Oh...um...Sahar?"

"YES?" Sahar said enthusiastically.

"Your turn." Kat said.

"Oh," Sahar sounded a little disappointed, "Of course." She rolled an 8 and moved to a red property, "Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, sure I'll buy it."

She picked up the property and before she could even read it everyone gasped.

She looked at them, "What? Is there something on my face?"

"Not on your face..." Dax said.

"It's your whole face," Ivy finished, "You, um, you look different."

Kat bit her lip, "What's going on?" She pulled out her phone and put the selfie camera on, "Here."

Sahar looked at herself, "What the..." She touched her skin, "It's so smooth...what happened?" She looked down at the property, "Have you had some work done? You're beautiful!" She read from the card, "That...that's not possible."

"Ok, I'm getting a little freaked. Maybe we should quit." Ivy said.

"You aren't actually suggesting magic's involved?" Dax asked.

"I don't think we should quit..." Theo said, "The rules..."

"Screw the rules, I'm done. Nope, no more." Ivy said.

Theo shook his head and took his turn. He rolled an 8, following in Sahar's footsteps again.

"Oh, underground fight club? That's 14." She said.

Theo paid up, "And some punishment too, huh bro?"

"Ya...it says. Rough Hands?"

Theo looked down at his hands. As an accountant he spent a lot of time on the computer and not a lot of time at the gym. Except now his hands were rough and calloused like, "A fighter..." He said aloud. "Bros...this is real," He looked at Ivy, "Bro, you can't quit. You need to roll."

"I...I..." Ivy hesiated, alternating between staring at Sahar's face and Theo's hands. She didn't want to play anymore, it was starting to get weird.

You can see the titles as well as the effects for chance and community chest, but all the effects of buying/renting properties are going to be made up on the spot as I write.
