The vampires' night out

"Okay girls, everybody ready?"

"Ready as can be!"

"Yes mother."

"..."

"Great, now Iseabail you know what to do in case of strangers. Be nice when Evina arrives."

"If Evina arrives."

Mary turned around and gave Alice a look. Her eyes opened wide before looking down apologetically. "Ahem, as I was saying-"

"Seal the gates, welcome Evina when she gets 'ere, careful 'f any other unwanted visitors. I kin fight 'member, no need t' be worried."

Both women shared a smile before Iseabail waved goodbye at them. "Be safe now, don' wan' nun 'f ya to git hurt."

"As for you too, Iseabail. Keep the castle clean, we should be back by tomorrow. Give Evina my best regards."

"Bye Izzy! See ya soon!"

"Be safe, Iseabail."

They all waved their goodbyes, all except one before they began there walk into the darkness. Through the dark of the night, no man would see them coming through but only as mere shadows. The moon was up and full, and Flora wondered to herself how long this trip would take till they arrive. Even more so she questioned what would they do when they arrive? Her body shuddered at the thought, her mind still filled with regret upon her newfound hunger.

"We won't be walking all the way, right?" Flora asked. Bonny began to laugh while Alice stuffled a soft giggle behind concealed lips, Mary amiling at the idea. "Heavens no, but the nearest village is ten minutes away."

Flora looked around, they were crossing through a forest and abandoning the set road. Without a source of light, doing so at night would be considered mad. However, she had begun to take notice that there didn't exist any darkness for a demon, for they all shared the same eyes. Red, brightly glimmering eyes for nearly all monster girls would maks the darkness much much easier to see through. She could make up the bushes, the trees, even count the number of roses they passed by. It was one benefit of being a monster girl.

Perhaps the only benefit.

Soon they entered a village with Mary taking charge and requesting for a few things. A few moments later, they were all riding in a carriage eith their own personal rider, a man that made their tummies tingle with hunger.

Flora groaned upon hearing her stomach growl.

"It's okay, you get used to it. Just try and ignore it for now, keep your mind elsewhere and you can control your appearance in that form." Alice said to her. Flora nodded, feeling her fangs begin to sprout forth. Putting her mind to something else would be a slight task, but she could manage with some practice.

"So, how's it feel to be one of us?" Bonny asked, scooting closer to her.

Mary pressed a finger to her lips, her gaze aimed at Bonny. "Softer voices, keep in mind we aren't alone here."

"Oops, sorry mistress. Well?" She turned back to Flora, flashing a cute smile with white teeth.

Flora stuttered under everyone's eye, unsure of how to respond. Her mind was filled with mixed emotions still, her heart aching to see her husband one more time. Mary took hold of her hand and nodded, giving it a soft squeeze. "You needn't answer, it's fine. Tonight I will treat you, take your mind off and replace your concern with happiness. In fact, we all will make sure of that right girls?"

"Right!"

The carriage stopped a while later, with Mary paying the man before he left. Bonny gasped with Alice and Flora staring ahead. It wasn't a small village, but a large public gathering almost of a ceremony. Perhaps hundreds of people were here, dancing and laughing, talking and singing, even the children were running out and about with smiles on their faces.

For a moment, Flora almost forgot and felt back at home.

"Wow! This is way bigger then I thought!" Bonny exclaimed.

"Well, the night is young. You ladies may do as you please, just be sure to behave and don't get into any trouble. I think a drink will be in order for me." Mary said before walking away and towards an open bar.

"Well, I'll be heading out to the crowd and see what kind of fun games they have. Who knows, maybe even find those friends some of my pets miss so much!" Bonny pushed aside, running off into the ceremony. Flora sighed, Alice taking notice and taking hold of her hand. "Would a dance be an option for us tonight? Mother did ask we take care of you, so let us enjoy ourselves." Flora smiled at the kind gesture, nodding her head and taking her other hand as they walked into the group of pairs dancing.

Tonight is quite young, indeed.
