The trader
Taking the door in front you go up a set of stairs, take 1 right turn and 2 left. You can hear a faint humming up ahead and assume it is the trader.
On the lefthand side he sits, an old crippled man shrouded in a hood. Some of his wares are displayed in front of him with a sign describing how to do business.

3 coins for a *useless* item. Indicating he'll take it off your hand if you have no use for it.
