The slime is always greener

"Considering that this is your first Polyocca game," Lizzie said, "I believe that you should go through The Green Slime Zone first as it is the easiest... Relatively speaking."

Sonia looked over at the zone in question, cringing in disgust at the layers of green goop around the area. "Anything I should know?"

"Yes! Two things, actually. Firstly, don't touch the slime. It will slow you down the second your skin makes contact."

"What? Because it's sticky or slippery?"

"No, because it has a magical time altering ability that slows the infected target down by ninety-eight percent that lasts for about one minute." Lizzie explained, as if she was explaining the most common of knowledge. "The other thing you have to watch out for is Slimeantha the Slime Goddess."

"Is she dangerous?" Sonia asked nervously.

"No, she's actually a real sweetheart. The problem is that she's very talkative and desperately seeks affection and attention. She'll do anything in her power to make sure strike up a conversation with her instead of looking for the crystal. And no one has been able to get out of her clutches without being dragged away by the referees!"

"That is what you call the easiest?!" Sonia asked in annoyance.

"Trust me. You are not ready for what's in Srr'Kett's Pool yet."

Sonia sighed as she shook her head, heading towards the entrance to The Slime Zone Arena...

"Alright, Mutt!" Greta said through her link with Queen Caseriux La Rougaru. "Just focus on finding the crystal and avoiding the slime. That pathetic nudist that Little Loser Lizzie summoned is not even an obstacle in your path, got it!"

"I fail to understand this logic." Caseriux muttered, narrowing her eyes at the naked woman walking towards the entrance to The Slime Zone. "Lycans are trained since birth not to underestimate an opponent in battle. As we say, 'Even an insignificant insect can win a war if the bigger animal isn't ready'."

"Oh, for the love - She is naked! She is mortal! She doesn't even have a weapon let alone a tunic! And you're not even fighting her! You're just trying to find and collect a crystal before she does! Now do as I say, or Lycan loses a queen and The VonStormwinds get a new servant!"

"... Understood." Caseriux growled as she walked over to the same entrance.

"Summons!" The Commentator called out as Sonia and Caseriux got ready. "On your mark... Get set... Go!"
