The real control room.

Looking through the door you saw a rectangular room lighting up. Along each wall were ten humanoid robots in total and a black pillar in the center of the room. A thin horizontal blue line appeared in the middle of the pillar.

"Please step forward" the pillar said. You saw the blue line change shape and form with each syllable, and more interesting was the voice was certainly female. Immediately you realized this was some sort of AI. Knowing it likely could control the entire facility you stepped forward making sure the other's remained behind you.

"Scanning" the pillar stated as a thin blue line scanned up and down your bodies.

"Scan complete. Male human, are you the leader of your group" the pillar asked. You looked at your group and they nodded their head.

"Yes" you answered hesitantly.

"Please state your current and future intentions with this facility" the pillar stated.

"Um...currently we want to use it as a place to safely take shelter. For the future I wanted it to be a base of operations for the construction of a free city outside" you answered.

"Define free city" the pillar requested.

"A city dedicated to housing runaway slaves and eventually freeing them. Ultimately with the goal of eradicating slavery from this continent. My plan is to use the technology within this place to help with that goal" you replied.

"An admirable goal" the pillar replied. You were a little surprised by the response as it was the first not requesting information, and instead was a straight up opinion. This was definitely an AI then, or a very well built program simulating one. You were once again surprised as a hologram of a beautiful naked woman appeared in front of the pillar. The woman appears to look like she is actually there.

"My name is Dawn. Allow me to welcome you to The Sanctuary" Dawn said bowing her head.

You found yourself staring a bit at Dawn. She was your height with long blonde hair and almost glowing blue eyes. Her red lips were a stark contrast to her pale skin. Looking lower her breast were of a nice size, and it was almost difficult to make out her areola and nipples. "I can see you are questioning what happens next. Your heart rate is higher than previously and your stance is defensive suggesting you are unsure if I am about to attack you or not" Dawn says with a smirk. You hadn't even realized it, but you were definitely keeping yourself ready for a fight while also keeping your group behind you.

"Sorry" you reply relaxing a little "it's just...I've never encountered an artificial lifeform before" you explain.

"No one has for a very long time" Dawn answers and then giggles.

"Have no fear though. I do not detect any deceit from you. My mission all this time has been to preserve this facility in an effort to bring humanity out of this dark age eventually. I believe you and your group to be the next step in my mission. Therefore I would be honored if you would allow me to help you build your free city. Where hopefully the knowledge within these walls can once again spread across this continent to benefit all" Dawn says stepping forward and extending her hand to you.

"Well, I think I can safely say we are all glad to meet you, and we aren't about to throw out any help we can get" you reply stepping forward. You know it is a hologram and your hand will likely grip nothing, but you extend your hand to grab her hand anyways. You are shocked to feel a warm hand in your grip. The implications of this causes you to look Dawn up and down again. You note she has chosen a very attractive form, which causes Dawn to chuckle and blush.

"I understand there will be a lot of things for you to learn here. I look forward to teaching you many things" she says looking you in the eyes. "Perhaps there are things you can teach me as well" she adds with a smirk.

"I certainly hope we can all teach each other many things" you reply.
