The players assemble on-stage and the initial draw begins!

Jennifer and Johnny are standing on a raised stage at the front of the grand hall. All the law students, and most of the faculty, are in attendance.

The dean has given his welcome speech, and then handed the mic to Jennifer to introduce the final item of the night - the Freshers Strip Poker game.

"Good evening, one and all!" She calls out to the audience, through the speakers. "I know many of you have been excitedly waiting for this, several of you can barely believe it's real, and a few of you may not even have heard of it! But I can promise you it's real! It requires balls of steel! (Or should I say ovaries...) And it's now time to deal! So without further ado, please welcome our four lovely contestants!"

Amy and Becky gingerly join Jennifer and Johnny on the stage, alongside two other women. One, an averagely proportioned ginger woman, looks fierce and competitive. The other, a petite woman who's visible at least partially of east asian descent, looks cute and not at all serious.

"Meet Amy, Rebecca, Cindy and Deborah. They are your four brave freshers risking their asses - and tits and pussies - for the chance to win this year's grand prize of 40 million dollars! Yes that's right, even more than last year! Let's thank the Council for their extraordinarily generous budget allocation, to make sure that this is the event of the year!"

There's a large round of applause. Meanwhile, Amy thinks to herself who is this 'council' anyway?

Becky thinks to herself I can't believe I've got myself in this situation...

"Just like last year there'll be three rounds, called 'streets', which sort-of make up one hand of Texas Hold 'Em. The first round will see three community cards dealt, called the 'Flop'. Each player will have earned, and brought along with them, two cards just for them, known as 'hole cards'. The three shared cards, plus the two hole cards, make up that player's five card poker hand, allowing us to rank them. The winner immediately wins 250 thousand dollars, and second place wins 100 thousand. The player in third loses an item of clothing until they're 30 years old - their own choice from outfits, bras, and panties. The player in fourth, loses two."

There are gasps and loud murmurs of excitement which take a while to calm down. Jennifer waits for quiet before she continues.

"After the flop is resolved, the players will know 3 out of the 4 community cards that will be available for making a poker hand with when the 'turn' card is dealt a week later. There will be an optional opportunity to earn the right to carry over one of their hole cards to this next round. And then they will be given four new hole cards to consider earning. More clothing will be lost, and more money won, in that second 'turn' street. That same process will then continue for the final street, with one more community card dealt - the 'river'. Except this time, the winner walks away with 30 million freaking dollars!"

A loud "Ooooh" comes from the audience.

Johnny speaks into the microphone next. "Now, to make this opening deal a bit more exciting for the audience, we're doing things a little differently than last year. This year, for this deal, and this deal only, the hole cards that each player has the opportunity to earn will be revealed publicly. This will also add another layer of strategy onto this round, as the players have to factor in what they know about their opponents' options when considering which cards to earn. So without further ado, let's invite last year's winner, Stephanie Brixley, onto the stage to do us the honors of the initial shuffle and deal!"

There is a round of applause and cheers as Stephanie joins the six of them on-stage, picks up the deck of cards that was on the table, and gives them a good shuffle. Then, carefully setting the deck back down, she takes the top card and hands it to Johnny.

"Amy Barnes's first card is the Queen of hearts!" Johnny announces.

Amy's heart sinks. Earning a queen feels likely to be way too **** for her. Her biggest fear right now. is that every card she is offered is high-valued, forcing her into two awful, degrading contracts.

"Amy's second card is the Queen of spades!" Johnny declares, after Stephanie hands him another card.

Amy can't help but let out a little squeak. Imagine if every card she was offered was Queen or higher!

Quitting the game and refusing to play is not an option any more. The contract she signed stipulates that quitting the game or getting disqualified puts her in insane amounts of debt that becomes due immediately. By the law of the land, she would immediately be **** into an indentured servitude contract with some disgusting rich old man, essentially making her his sex **** and more for decades.

No, for better or worse, she now must play this game.

Images flood her mind, of her **** to sign contracts that would commit her to performing the most debased, degrading, depraved things. Unthinkable, unimaginable, inconceivable.... no longer. Now entirely within the realm of credibility.

Amy is aware that having two queens for her starting hand would be incredible for her chances at winning the actual strip poker game, but at what cost?! A cost that might be even greater than the cost of losing an item of clothing, quite possibly...
