The physical

As the car pulls up to the swanky hospital, you see the parking lot next to the building only has expensive cars. The driver stays in the car while you go in and a middle-aged brunette nurse in a white dress instantly greets you at the door and leads you in. She even knows your name and all your personal information even though you've never met her before. She must have prepared for your arrival and she brings you into a cozy examination room that looks like a hotel room except for a hospital bed. She gives you a hospital gown to change into and says another nurse will be in to conduct your physical shortly before she leaves.

You change into the gown and sit on the hospital bed. You've never liked hospital and you feel kind of weird sitting on a hospital bed. You wonder if anyone ever died in this 1 or if Nigel used this same 1. You're pondering the meaning of life when you hear footsteps outside the door and it opens. In steps a new nurse who's tall and blonde and you're immediately struck by how gorgeous she is. In addition, the nurse's dress fits her so well and tightly that it shows off her hourglass figure. You're guessing she's at least a 34 in a chest department. You can also vaguely make out the color of her bra and panties through the white dress. She has a matching red set on.

"Hi I'm Kenzie, you must be Mister Colins," she says, holding a file.

"I am. Nice to meet you," you say, shaking her hand. She has a firm grip. You also notice that she smells like roses as she gets closer to you.

Kenzie smiles. "Great, looks like you're here for a regular physical, so let's get started. I promise it will be quick and painless," she says and she proceeds to go through the standard check up with you, checking your blood pressure, heart rate and other things. Of course, given how hot the nurse is, there's soon a huge tent pitched on your gown although she ignores it and continues to go about her job professionally.

After running through several tests, Kenzie fills out her file and it appears your time with her is almost done when she surprises you with her next question.

"Alright, looks like you're very healthy and in good shape mister Colins. Now, I see you have an erection. Would you like me to take care of that for you today?" she asks politely, making it sound like a normal question.
