After his previous employer had to shut down due to declining sales, he desperately looked for new jobs and had to return to his hometown for a job. Rent, although cheap, is biting into his options should he not get his new job after a three month trial period. Due to his father's brawl with his brother, he has been appointed caretaker for his father's real estate company, Goodman Realestate Co. (GRC). User can choose whether and how to impregnate any subject, bypassing even birth control methods. User can choose a certain stage of pregnancy to keep the subject at, but it will be a fake one. Subject's body will act as if pregnant.

User can have sex as long as they want, cum as much and as frequently as they want, with no repercussions beyond thirst.

Memory Customization (final)

For subjects higher than 0SP, the user can clear the past 24 hours of memories (or just any associated with the user), for subjects higher than +50SP the last 7 days can be cleared, subjects at +100SP can have their memory freely altered. User can also choose to 'lock' away certain memories of a subject, they only get unlocked through the app or by the user reminding the subject of what happened.

Hopeful denial (final)

Subjects no longer care about information about user, even if this would normally prevent them from acting differently. For example, a subject seeking a monogamous life will still want to enter a relationship with the user (if wanted), even if the subject knows that the user already has partner(s).

Misplaced mistrust (final)

Subjects that distrust the user will lower their submission scores when user shows to be trustworthy or otherwise undeserving of suspicion.

Every trait activated in your home will be seen as normal and be accepted by everyone in the house, never raising any suspicion. Overrides traits that do not make the subject's or user's actions seem normal to those around them. Orders given to subjects that apply only within the house will now also be seen as normal by everyone, not just subjects' traits.

Anything regarding sex will be seen with the same attitude in the specific room as if it was related to romance. As an example, a person seeing someone carry around a condom in their hand will react as if they saw them wear an engagement ring.
