The pair are reunited...with a catch.

Kitty keeps making the Titans service her men, training them for when she sells them off to somebody.

She uses sneaky ways to break them down too.

For instance, she gets one of them turned green- don't ask how!- and makes Raven pleasure him.
She's not amused, but she is submissive with Starfire still in peril.

For her part, Starfire needs less work.

The radiation keeps her weakened and threats against Raven keep her obeying.
