The next morning.

The next morning, an alarm went off in Luffy's room. Luffy then turned off the alarm with excitement as he was looking forward to helping Vivi get ready for her big speech. Luffy then got cleaned up for the day and put on a fresh maid's uniform. After looking himself over at a mirror to make sure he looked good, he left his room to head for Vivi's room. Once he got there, he knocked on the door. He didn't hear a reply, so he opened the door quietly.

"Ptincess Vivi?" asked Luffy as he entered the room. He saw that Vivi was still sleeping, so he walked up to her and lightly shook her. "

"Wha-, oh hey, Luffy," said Vivi as she yaened. "Good morning."

"Good morning, Princess Vivi. Today's the day that you'll be addressing Alabasta and five that big speech. How are you feeling?"

"I'm feeling good Luffy, thanks. This speech is a coming of age thing and I should've already done it, but of course I had already left to become an undercover agent in Baroque Works. With the way the country was, it wouldn't have ben a good apeech anyway. But now that Baroque Works is defeated and the rebellion over, I know how I want my speech to go."

"I think you'd do great no matter what, but I'm glad you feel great about it. Now let's get you out of bed and ready."

Luffy then helped Vivi get ready for the day and when it was time for her to get dressed, Lufy helped Vivi in the special dress and accessories that Vivi would be wearing. Luffy even spent a good amount of time brushing Vivi's hair as she sat down and internally went over her speech to herlself again.

Omve Vivi was ready, she stood up and walked to a window and stared out for a few moments. She then turned back to Luffy and asked, "How do I look?"

As Vivi turned and the sunlight hit her, Luffy was stunned by the way Vivi looked in that moment.

Luffy bowed his head and even did a curtsy and said, "You look amazing, Princess Vivi. I thought you were a goddess for a second there."

"Thank you, Luffy. I hopr you'll be listening ehen I give my speech."

"I will, Princes Vivi. I'll be sure to."

"I must be going now. See you later, Luffy."

"See you, Princess Vivi," replied Luffy as Vivi left her bedroom to go where she'd give her speech.
