Vivi and Luffy get a call from Nami

Vivi was about to take the remaining food that Luffy didn't eat back to the kitchen when she heard her Den Den Mushi start ringing. She pulled it out and anbswered the call.

"Vivi, is that you? This is Nami. Is Luffy with you?"

"Nami? Yeah I'm here too. Is everything all right?" asked Luffy.

"We're all fine, but there's going to a change of plans."

"What kind of change?" asked Vivi.

"The Marines were hot in pursuing us, it wasn't safe to remain at Alabasta so we had to leave and we're heading to try to find an island to go to first where hopefully it'll be safe. We won't be able to meet up tomorrow," explained Nami.

Vivi and Luffy hid their growing excitement st the news as Vivi said, "How long do you think it'll be?"

"A couple weeks at least, maybe even a month. Luffy, I'm so sorry-"

"That's fine, Nami. I understand. You all do what you need to do to stay safe and come back when you can. I'll be fine here with Princess Vivi. Call us later when you're heading back."

"Oh, uhh ok", said Nami as she wasn't epecting Luffy to take the news as well as he was. And did she mishear or did Luffy actually refer to Vivi as Princess Vivi? "You 2 take care as well. We'll see you when we can. Bye."

"Bye," said Vivi and Luffy as the call ended. Vivi and Luffy looked at each other with huge smiles on their faces.

"I guess that's it then. I mean, I'm glad that Nami and the others are safe, but-" said Luffy.

"I understand, Luffy. Oh this is going to be a lot of fun. Are you ready to be my maid for a bit longer?"

"Yes I am, Princess Vivi. I can't wait."

"Good. I'll see you tomorrow then. Remember, I still have my speech tomorrow and I want you to be the maid to help me get ready."

"Of course I will."

"Thanks. Good night, Luffy."

"Good night, Princess Vivi."

Vivi then left Luffy's room and went to her room as they both fell asleep with huge smiles on their faces.
