The next morning

As John woke up the next morning, he could not help himself but grin from ear to ear as he thought about what happened yesterday. He made a mental note that he should definitely go to that place again real soon. He got out of bed and checked his fridge for something to eat. Not really much in there. He almost had his phone out to text Jenny to take care of it but then he thought of something else. He wanted to see what a store was like in this world. At least once. Could be a lot of fun, right?

Half an hour later, after having checked his phone where the nearest grocery store was John was on his way over. It was not very far, so he decided to walk. Just as John began to actually do some shopping, another woman approached him. As John turned back from the dairy section he was looking right at her. Well, at least a different one. She pushed her shopping cart next to them without saying a word. She bent down low over it to pick something out of the shelf.
