The next morning.

The next morning it was very tempting for Catherine and I to have sex in the shower but she suggested that I save my energy for after work and I reluctantly agreed. I gave Catherine a kiss at the door before I left to drive home to pick Sam up to commute to work.

"How was last night?" my wife chirped, giving me a kiss when she greeted me at the front door.

"Great!" I beamed. "Catherine suggested I stay over tonight as well."

"Yeah, no problem, hon," Sam smiled as we walked to my car. "I get the house to myself!"

"You don't miss me?" I pouted as I helped her climb into my Jeep.

"I miss you every minute you aren't with me," she giggled and gave me a kiss before I closed her door.

While I drove her to her office I mentioned to her that Catherine wanted me to be her husband for the night and she wanted us to make love while trying to conceive.

"Did you?" Sam asked.

"Yes, I made love to her as you have asked me to with your friends," I replied.

"No, I mean did you pretend to be her husband?"

"Yes..." I nodded. "I hope you don't find that awkward..."

"It's no less awkward than me wanting you to have sex with my friends to knock them up!"

"Yeah..."

"Cat has been alone for a long time," my wife sighed. "She really needed you as an emotional anchor, especially with the entire act of conceiving."

"I'm glad you're so understanding, honey. The girls are very lucky to have you as their friend," I smiled at her. "I love you."

"I love you too,"she replied back. "And I'm lucky to have you as my husband and the father of our baby."

I wanted to find a secluded spot to park and make love to her but I had to conserve my energy for later that night.
