Chapter 3
by faptainsmutlord
You have a fitful sleep, and wake up rested the next day.
The next day
The next day, you and Selina get ready for work as usual, and she fixes your tie while reminding you to be on time for date night. "Remember to pick me up at 6 for our date okay? We don't wanna be late to that new bar downtown, otherwise it might be way too crowded."
"Alright babe, need me to bring you a change of clothes?" you offer.
"Nah it's alright, I'm sure nobody will mind if we go to the bar in our work attires, it's not like we're showing up to some fancy restaurant," she giggles, waving it off. You nod in agreement, and drive Selina to her office before heading to your own workplace.
That evening, you manage to get off work a little earlier, and wait at the lobby of her office building. Selina walks out while chatting with two of her colleagues, Jim and Penelope. She's laughing at a joke Jim made, and he lets his hands linger on her lower back for a little too long as he kisses her cheek and waves goodbye. Penelope waves at you before heading home herself, recognising you as her colleague's husband. Jim waves at you as well, and you return the wave cordially despite the slight discomfort at his proximity to your wife. Deciding to brush it off and not cause a scene, you give Selina a slight hug when she opens the car door and climbs in.
Do you bring up her colleague's touchy behaviour?
