The next day

Mark awoke, as sunlight pored in through his window. He is met by the face of Katie Lawrence, whom he had frozen yesterday, and had been cuddling with throughout the night. 24 hours earlier, she had been a star student and athlete, with hopes and dreams, now reduced to a mere possession, a toy.

It was better this way, Mark thought to himself. She would have died if he had not done this. The Latina was currently naked, as was her older sister Nadia, who stood in a corner of the room, frozen as well. In fact the only one not naked was his Ashley doll, who remained dressed in her cheerleader outfit.

Rolling out of bed, Mark quickly gets dressed, kisses Katie on the forehead, and covers her with his blanket. He then places his Nadia and Ashley dolls in his closet, with the two former friends looking directly at each other, breasts touching.

Heading downstairs, Mark is surprised to see that Regina’s friends Kelly was still here, both both girls asleep on the couch. The snowstorm must have been too much last night for her to leave. Mark thought the two looked rather cute snuggled up like they were.

“Freeze them”, said the same voice as yesterday, but more menacingly.

“What?”

“Make Regina and Kelly dolls.”

“I don’t know who you are, but no. They are too young and don't deserve that.”

“Do it!”

“VOICE STOP!” Mark called out, much loader than he meant.

“Mmm, Mark is that you?” A groggy Regina called out.

“Yes it’s me”.

“Why are you yelling?”

“I…I don’t know.”

“You’re a dork”, Regina said with a half smile before laying down again.

Brushing off the comment, Mark quickly grabbed something to eat and headed back up to his room before the voice returned. Was he going crazy, or maybe mad with power? Or both perhaps.

Ground rules, he needed ground rules, that would keep him sane. But what would they be. He already made three dolls in 24 hours, so he needed to limit himself there. What else though? This was hard.

It was then that Mark noticed Katie’s tanned foot sticking out from under his sheets. Katie had always helped him when he faced dilemma’s in the past, perhaps she can still do so while frozen.
