The mansion

James no longer notices the thin smoke in the room entering and exiting his lungs. His thoughts aren't clouded, exactly, but he feels much more interested in everything and open to new experiences. His skin is even more sensitive and he feels every contour of the soft chair, especially on his now smooth skin. Beneath all this is more than a little bit of horniness that he isn't sure is from Barly's treats or the smoke. He looks over to Sammy who had been watching him intently with an odd smile on her face. Normally James would shrink away from a look like this but under the influence of this **** he basks in it.

James : "How long have you worked at the Manor?"

Trevor : "Oh, five years I think? I started right after I finished my study in botany at the nearby college. I was always interested in exotic plant life and Pervis sponsors a program there. We met at a class event and hit it off right away."

James : "What kind of exotic plants?"

Trevor : "I like all sorts, I've always loved the weirder stuff, nature is wild man. There's a colony of ants in the amazon that have coevolved with a kind of fern with incredibly long hollow roots that digs and protects the nest from being washed away in floods, in return the ants protect it from parasites and even bring it water in droughts."

Trevor seems to light up when describing this strange phenomenon. James had originally thought he might be a little dim but he may have let his prejudice get the better of him.

Trevor : "Pervis was mostly interested in mind altering substances. Old rich dudes often are, I think it's because they've done most normal things and are looking for new experiences. I'm a fan myself."

He glanced at a small pile of smoldering plant matter in a large bowl that is clearly the source of the smoke filling the room.

Samantha : "What's in the bowl, I've got to say I feel pretty good right now..."

Trevor : "Nothing too crazy, it was one of Pervis's favorite blends. Great for relaxing and making new friends... We could try something more exotic if you're game."
