Okay, the logical thing to do, in finding out how your powers work, is to find somewhere nice and quiet and try out your mind control powers. You know, figure things out systematically, through trial and error.

But you know what? Fuck logic. You want to go to where...what do the fighter pilots in those movies about fighter pilots call it? A "target rich environment"? Yeah, you want to go somewhere that's a "target rich environment." And what better place than the mall?

Besides, there'll be so much going on, nobody is going to notice whatever you're doing.

The mall does not disappoint. It's full of people and there are a ton of things going on, You just slowly spin around, smiling, as if this is just one big birthday party and all the presents are for you.

After a few minutes of savoring the possibilities, you decide to check out...

3. a cheerleading exhibition
4. a celebrity book signing event
