The lifeguard spots them

Before they even got anywhere one of the lifeguards spotted them. It's Adrian, they almost always have a quick chat if he's on shift. Maya sees him do a bit of a double take. First just scanning the new arrivals, then going back to check if he saw it correctly. Then he rushed over to them. "Maya? Why are you topless?"

This sent Maya into full panic mode. Luckily Hailey stepped in. "We were just going outside to tan. Maya has finally gotten rid of her tan lines. Looks great, right?"

Adrian looked down at Maya's chest, his confusion had somehow saved him from staring too much so far. "Yeah, I guess. But you know that's not allowed. There are signs everywhere and I know you girls are here often enough." This time he couldn't keep his eyes off of poor Maya. This was a girl who he talked to regularly, standing before him in public, completely topless. She was hot too. Even though her boobs were very small, he could see all of them. And her smooth tan skin looked so inviting to touch. Her nipples were fully hard by now and stood out quite a bit.

"We're sorry, we didn't think anyone would actually mind. We'll just go change then." Hailey turned to Maya. "Cover up and let's go."

A noticeable bulge had started forming in Adrian's board shorts.

Maya put her hands over her chest, but before they could turn around Adrian stopped them. "I don't think I can just let you go. I'm sorry but I have to report this. There are cameras too, so I could lose my job if I didn't."

"No!" Maya finally got a word in, but it was Hailey again who continued. "Surely that's not necessary? Think of how embarrassing that would be for Maya."

"I don't have a choice, I'm sure they will let you off with a warning anyway." He began to reach for his radio.

"Wait! Isn't there some other way we can solve this?!"
