And indeed, you later learn that the blonde woman’s clan was responsible for killing all but these last few remaining bull-men and cow-women. You also learn that the blonde woman herself was the one that led such a campaign against the race of minotaur living in the forest.

You wonder if this is the heavens’ way of punishing you for saving the bull-slaying woman. Would things have been different if you let Dereek kidnap her? Certainly, you wouldn’t be here. Even life with Dereek now seems glamorous compared to this. At least he didn’t have the entire lizard village trying to knock you up.

But try and regret the choices as you might, this is your life now. You and the minotaur slaying woman are now breeding stock. And it doesn’t take long before you two are carrying the next generation of minos. You’re assured that they will inherit none of your human appearance, but their heightened intellect will prove useful when they inevitably take up seats of power among the struggling race.
