The houseguests share their first impressions of each other

After the episode ends and the shock of seeing the Have-Not room is over, the houseguests are all corralled back to the living room. The producers bring out a bottle of probably fake champagne and ask the houseguests to go around the room and formally introduce themselves to one another. These introductions will later be cut together into the Sunday episode alongside confessionals given by some of the players about their first impressions of said houseguest.

ALINA - "Victoria seems to think she's the beauty queen around here. Like, whatever, you sell makeup. You're 34. Get over yourself. Eugene is clearly attracted to me, and Julian's been giving me some looks, too. I don't think it will be hard for me to rope them in. I'm a bit annoyed that John and Ethan aren't paying me the same attention, but I'll find a way to get them on board. I always get what I want, especially from guys."

CHIRAG - "When Victoria introduced herself, I was quite impressed. I don't know much about cosmetics, but I do know that keeping a business going for six years takes a lot of grit. Even though she lost her first competition, I think she could be a powerful player in this game. I'm also curious about Isabel. The two of us are probably the most intellectual people in the house, which means she could either be a great ally or a strong adversary."

DAISY MAE - "These houseguests are crazy! I really like Danielle. We're both southern belles, and she reminds me a lot of my mama back home. I'd love to get to work with her in this game. There are definitely some cute boys here as well. I've got my eye on John. He's got those kind Brown eyes and he's so handsome and Fit. He's exactly the type of guy I'd go for back home. Daddy, don't watch the live feeds! You might not like what happens if I get him alone *giggles*."

DANIELLE - "As soon as I saw the hat and the boots, I knew Daisy Mae was going to be my girl. She has a lot of energy and a lot of heart, and that's exactly the type of person I want on my side. I also want to talk more with Derek, Chirag and Marcus. We're the only parents in the house. We all understand what it means to play for a team instead of just for yourself. I think we could work well together."

DEREK - "I connected with Marcus right away. We're two blue collar guys. We're both dads. He strikes me as someone I can trust. Liam is also someone that I would like to work with. I think the three of us could form a strong team. Julian makes me a little nervous. He's just got this thirsty energy about him, like he's got something to prove. I need to watch out for him."

ELLIE - "Sizing up the other girls, it looks like I'm probably the most athletic, which is great. If I'm going to make it far in this game, though, I need to align myself with people who complement my strengths. Isabel really impressed me in our first competition. I can tell she's crazy smart, and I want her on my side. Roxy also seems like a good pick. I want to team up with the girls and not the other athletes because I feel like, if we're visibly working together, we'll be targeted."

ETHAN - "I'm so glad Ellie is here! With two D1-ers in the house, we can be an unstoppable duo. I can't wait to work with her. I also really like Eugene and Julian. I can tell those guys like to party. I think we'll all have a lot of fun this summer."

EUGENE - "The second I saw Alina, I was like 'Whoa'. This girl is everything I've ever dreamed of. It's funny that this house has a mural of Venus on the wall, because there's another goddess of beauty standing right in front of me. I'm definitely going to try and shoot my shot with her. She would look great in a Lady Deathstrike cosplay *laughs*."

ISABEL - "I'm looking for people that I think I can get along with and who can help me get farther in the game. So far, I'm seeing the most promise in Danielle, Ellie and Derek. Ellie and Derek look like they'll be strong in competitions and Danielle is just this effortless social butterfly. I'm not getting very good reads on either Ethan or Alina. Alina just seems a little bit fake to me, and Ethan doesn't seem to have his head in the game. I'm not sure if I'd be able to work with them."

JULIAN - "Why are there so many cute girls in this house? I swear, cute girls are like my Kryptonite. I look to my left and there's Alina. Gorgeous. To my right, there's Raquel. A little old for me, but that ass is flawless. If I look in the middle, there's Daisy Mae. I don't know what they're feeding these girls in Kentucky, but damn! I do think Liam is someone I can trust. I was raised in a military family, so we have that connection. I want to build on that in the coming weeks."

LIAM - "Right off the bat, Roxy was someone I knew I wanted to align with. She's proven she can win competitions, and we're both LGBT, so I want us to have each others backs in this game. Marcus also stood out to me early on as someone who I think would be a loyal player in this game. I think Chirag is definitely someone to watch out for. He's so calm, and you can see the gears in his head spinning whenever he talks. I think he'll be dangerous if he gets far."

MARCUS - "Derek is probably the person I have the strongest connection to so far. We're the two oldest guys in the house, and I think we have similar approaches to how we want to play this game. Raquel reminds me a lot of my daughter. I think I can build a strong bond with her and that will hopefully let me connect more with the youngsters of the house."

RAQUEL - "I'm getting good vibes a lot of the other ladies in the house. Roxy and Danielle I could see being good allies with. I'm also really liking the energy I'm getting from Isabel and Daisy Mae. There are a couple of men I could see myself working with as well, like Marcus and John. They seem like they're level-headed and would listen to me. The younger guys seem to be mostly fixated on my body, which doesn't give me much confidence in them as players."

ROXY - "I feel good about these houseguests. I was worried about people finding me intimidating, especially after getting that first win, but I think I've got some good prospects. Top of my list right now are Liam and Marcus. A soldier and a police officer? Those guys know how to take orders. I also want people around who I can bounce ideas off of and who can keep a secret. John and Isabel both seem like they could fit that role. I'll have to see how they think as the game goes on."

VICTORIA - "Alina stood out to me right away. My company works with influencers all the time, and she seems to be getting a lot of attention from the young men in the house, so I think she could be a great asset to my game. I'm wary of Danielle. We've only been in this house for a few hours and it already feels like she's everyone's best friend. No one is that friendly unless they're trying to sell you something. I don't trust her."

John - "The most important thing I learned tonight is that I'm in a house with eight attractive women, and the only one of them in a committed relationship is Roxy. I can tell that Daisy Mae is into me, so that's one already in my corner. Now all I need to do is turn on the charm, earn the rest of these girls' trust, and I'll have them wrapped around my finger in no time."

You originally said something different in your confessional, but the producers made you rephrase it for broadcast. In your original statement, you instead said the girls would be wrapped around a different body part, one much longer and thicker than your finger.
