The grand opening of a new art exhibit

Today, world renowned artist John Rebac, unveils his latest piece. I, Juliet Ponce, am thrilled to be the only independent journalist here at the reveal. Not only that but I am allowed to bring my laptop with me allowing me to be the first to post about the display, while the rest of these reporters need a quick confirmation that they can post it. I'm soaking wet in anticipation here along with so many others here. While I'm waiting for Rebac to take the stage I shall first go over a brief history of Rebac's art that surprised the world.

Rebacs first piece that garnered worldwide fame was the sudden piece called "Umbra Taste". In Times Square NYC at a certain time of day, throughout the year people are able to see the shadow of a large woman slowly being eaten out by another woman. At first the city hadn't known anything about the art piece but after Rebac said he had gotten some of his friends and family members to help place the stencils that create the shadows, on top of a building. After seeing the tourism increase the city decided to pay to keep the art intact and pay Rebac to keep for the display.

After that Rebac had been approached by multiple cities for other art displays. While they had expected shadow displays, they received other types of artwork. An impressive sculpture was the next most interesting piece. From one angle the marble was carved to resemble a penis on the opposite side a vagina. The thing that made it stand out was the purposefully placed marks and scrapes, it displayed work, wear and tear and even created odd shapes in the sculpture to this day people are auguring on their representations.

I can also my favorite was the large eco-friendly display in South America where Rebac bought a sizeable part of land that had been turned into a nothing but a plain of dirt. He then began planting foliage after years of conversation and debates about the display eventually gave way to Rebac reaving his grand plan. Once the foliage had grown, he went about fine tuning the landscape so the penis could be properly displayed. Since then, he hasn't let anyone get close enough to disturb the plants.
