The girls began to notice...

Once they all finished laughing, Gwen's mother, Natalie, clapped her hands together twice as she and Gwen left the room in order to clear up the place along with Helen, who was a budding maid to the manor who seemed to really enjoy being put in her place for some reason, and once they all left, the remaining women began talking about what to do with the new Ben and how they should foster his newfound pride and dominant nature.

Everyone else looked for the most part normal with how they looked before the change that happened, other than Kai being Native American once more instead of Hispanic like Ben had turned her before, yet she still dressed the exact same, just nationality differences that make no real damn sense, but whatever, that didn't really matter all that much as it just changed what type of spice Kai was.

The only thing she thought was hoping this would appease the rest of the women in the manor enough to be able to see him and try to make everything as it should be... which is kind of ironic, as when she finally got to meet Ben once more, much to the annoyance of the other women, Ben immediately fired at both of them as he tried to shoot himself, but Lucy thought he might be having an episode.

Further indicating just how fucked this situation is if him pretending to kill himself isn't even uncommon to see from him. But either way, Ben blasts himself and Lucy, and everything goes back in time for the most part as Ben, with the body he's gotten used to, suddenly awakens not from a bright light but more of a dim flicker as before his eyes is everyone of his girls resting in the manor as the phone violently and loudly rings.
