The dog disappeared and the woman appeared

All of a sudden penny noticed the dog was gone from the footage and in it's place was the women. Penny thought that was strange she didn't see anyone take the dog or put the women in it's place.

"Ok so around 5:50 the women appears" penny said to herself.

That time was interesting to penny, 5:50 would be around sunrise this time of year. She wondered was it really possible that this woman and the dog were one in the same? There was only one way to find out penny rewinded the footage to a few minutes before the dog disappeared and played it at normal speed. She was shocked by what she was seeing so much so that she had to rewind it again and play it at the slowest speed possible. To her amazement the big dog that was left in one of her cages, the one she helped bring in the night before transformed into the woman that now occupied that same cage.

"I wouldn't believe it if i wasn't seeing it" penny said outloud knowing even seeing it was making believing it very difficult. Still penny couldn't argue with what she was seeing that disrespectful woman and that dog were one in the same.

"A werewolf" penny screamed outloud she couldn't believe it. She'd heard stories of course who hadn't but that's just what she thought they we're stories and yet here she was staring at one of those stories come to life.

"What do i do now"? Penny thought to herself which was a good question what was she going to do? It was one thing when she thought this was some kinda prank she could just call the police but now she had a problem. If she called the cops there would be questions she wasn't sure anyone would believe the answers to i mean she was seeing all this and still having trouble believing it. Penny thought about another possibility just letting the girl go she wasn't an animal so there was no reason to hold her.

Penny liked that option till she thought about two problems that could cause one being the police. Well it's true she didn't want to get the police involved penny knew it was very likely that the woman down the cages wouldn't feel that way. It was pretty obvious that woman didn't know she was a werewolf if penny let her out it was very likely she'd run straight to the cops. I mean she was already scared when penny found her add the anger she had shown with the confusion of how she got there and penny knew it would be impossible to convince her of what really happened.

Penny didn't like the thought of that she already knew it would be hard enough to convince the cops if she called them but if this woman went to them telling her story forget it. Them thinking she was crazy would be the least of her worries she'd probably be facing jail time well this woman walked away. That brought penny to the second problem of letting the girl go, well it's true right now she appeared as a human woman penny knew that once the sunset that would no longer be the case. If penny went with the legends once the full moon came out this woman would once again transform into the big dog like creature that came in the night before.

That thought worried penny if she let the woman go she'd be basically unleashing a wild animal back on to the streets even if she wasn't an animal all the time. Still could penny live with the risk not only to her life but to the life's of other's? Penny knew she had to make a decision she could tell from the camera's that the woman was still angry that penny left her in the cage, penny knew she needed to make a decision and quick before this got any worse not that penny could pitcher how it could get any worse.
