How is dinner?
The dinner was great, however Danny had a idea instead of just two of the girls being He would be conjoining himself with them both and putting his head in the middle
Dinner had gone surprisingly well.
Danny sat back in his chair, watching Rachel and Julie talk across the table. The strange events of the evening had apparently faded into the background. The two women were still physically joined, but neither seemed particularly bothered by it anymore. They had adapted to moving together, passing plates between them, and even arguing without getting in each other's way.
Danny, however, had been thinking.
He still had the wand hidden beneath the table.
*Why should they be the only ones stuck together?*
A mischievous smile crossed his face.
Once dinner was finished, Rachel and Julie returned to the living room and settled onto the couch. Danny waited until neither was looking before quietly pulling out the wand.
"I think I have one more idea," he whispered.
He raised it.
"I wish I were conjoined with Rachel and Julie too. I want the three of us to share one body, and I want Rachel and Julie to naturally accept being joined with me as though it were completely normal."
A pulse of magical energy flashed through the room.
Danny barely had time to react.
There was a sudden tugging sensation, followed by a bright flash.
When the light disappeared, Danny found himself standing beside the couch—except he wasn't really standing beside it anymore.
Rachel and Julie stared at him.
Then they looked at themselves.
Then at Danny.
There was a moment of complete silence.
"Uh..." Danny said.
Rachel blinked.
Julie tilted her head.
"Did you just..." Julie began.
Rachel looked down and then back up.
"Apparently."
Danny looked equally confused. Somehow, the magic had rearranged them into a single, seamless three-person form. Rachel remained on one side, Julie on the other, and Danny occupied the middle, their movements now linked together.
Julie experimentally moved an arm.
Danny felt the same movement.
"That's weird."
Rachel tried taking a step.
All three of them moved together.
"Okay," Rachel said slowly. "That's definitely going to take some getting used to."
Julie shrugged.
"I guess it's not that different from what Mom and I were already dealing with."
Danny couldn't help smiling.
"So... you're both okay with this?"
Rachel gave him a puzzled look.
"Why wouldn't we be?"
Julie nodded.
"Yeah. It's strange, but we've already been dealing with being conjoined all evening."
Danny's smile widened.
The wand had worked even better than he'd expected.
There was just one problem.
Getting around the house was going to be considerably more complicated now.
Rachel looked toward the hallway.
"Well, I suppose we should figure out how to walk properly."
"Left foot first," Julie said.
Danny nodded.
"Right."
They took their first awkward step together.
They nearly fell over.
Rachel sighed.
"This is going to be a long night."
Julie laughed.
"At least we're all in this together."
Danny couldn't help chuckling.
For once, that was literally true.
