Does she tell Ethan?

The confirmation

It was an hour later Sarah received a confirmation message from the site moderators. "Welcome Sarah! You have been accepted as an official breeding **** of breedingslaveisland.com. I am to instruct you to leave immediately for the airport, where you will find our personal jet waiting for you at gate ten. At the front desk, you will find a boarding pass in your name. Bring nothing with you. No personal items, no extra clothing, as they will be taken from you in any event. Once on board the plane, you will follow every instruction given to you to the letter. You must prove that you are worthy of the trust we are putting in you as a future breeder. Please confirm that you have received this Email, then delete it, and get started on your journey to a brand new life. Sincerely Yours, Thomas A Glass."

Sarah decided not to waste any time as she hurriedly answered the Email to confirm she had received it. Then she deleted all traces of it. She decided she should at least bring her laptop with her so Ethan could have no possible way of tracking her after she left. She took off all of her jewelry, including her wedding ring, and stuck it in the desk drawer. Then, on giddy legs, she left her house for the last time after calling an Uber to take her to the airport.

The ride to the airport was mostly uneventful. Sarah kept smiling to herself as her excitement over her new life bubbled over.

"You seem like you're in a very happy mood today," said the Uber driver, trying to start a conversation.

"I am very happy!" responded Sarah. "Today I start a new life."

"Well now that is indeed something to be happy about," the driver smiled. "I wish you lots of luck, and I hope you find what you're looking for."

"Thank you so much!" she smiled back. "I'm sure I will." She rubbed her abdomen again, thinking about all the babies she would soon be carrying inside her.

The Uber finally arrived at the airport's main terminal. As she got out, the driver reminded her, "Don't forget your boarding pass at the front desk. You can't board without it." He smiled, and drove away, leaving Sarah standing there, curious as to how he knew what she was doing.

Does she board the plane, or change her mind?
