The bus stop

The bus stop is only up the street so Kyle really didn’t need to rush there but he also didn’t want to leave Nyah waiting for too long.

“Hey Kyle. Hey Ruby. I see you two look good as usual” said Nyah. She was sitting on the bench writing in her notebook when she noticed the siblings approaching.

“What’s good” Kyle said while side hugging his seated friend “I wouldn’t say I look good but since I’m related to this gem I guess I got some looks on me” Kyle said while thumbing to Ruby.

“Ew. That was cheesy but I do appreciate you two knowing what beauty looks like. It takes skill and dedication to look like me” Ruby said while slightly boasting.

“Ya know, I don’t think anyone wants a beauty that has a beast personality. Maybe being a bit more humble would get you a lot farther in life”

“Maybe getting some pussy would actually get you somewhere. Oh wait! Maybe your left hand is all you need, I mean after all, you rather beat your dick than omit your feelings”

Nyah laughed a little while Kyle grumbled. They both knew who he liked and they both knew he was too scared to actually ask her out. He was about to come back with a retort while Nyah chimed

“Save it. She got you on that one. Instead why not come help your best friend solve this problem” she pointed to a math problem in her notebook “is the answer 5x/34z or 5z/34x?”

Holding his tongue he goes to help his friend while Ruby receives a call and steps always for a bit. After solving the problem Nyah and Kyle started talking about their favorite anime to pass a bit more time. A few minutes past before the school bus arrives at 7:25. The bus driver opens the doors and says

“Come aboard”

Nyah packs her things up and Ruby returns to hop on the bus. They both head on first while Kyle gets on last

“Hey since we are the first stop o was wondering what’s the earliest you’d get here and the time you leave?”

“I will always get here between 7:20 and 7:30. You can get on anytime I’m here or you can wait outside until it’s time to go if you like to smoke or whatever. I leave at 7:31. If I’m ever late and I see no one at the bus stop I will keep going since I’m already behind. So my advice: Do whatever you please but be here by 7:30 bc after that I will leave” explained the driver. Kyle actually liked the window gap in time as he likes to be early sometimes if possible. You’re either late or on time, you’re never early. That’s the motto he lived by.

“Thank you”

Kyle now ponders the real question, where does he sit? At the front, middle or back of the bus? No one was in the front, Nyah was in the middle and Ruby sat in the back. Obviously this mattered bc of what group of people sit where so he can’t mess this up
