The big pillar of smoke!

Hey, that's not normally here! Since when does this part of the city have a big black smoke pillar? It must be new, even though you haven't noticed anything being built over there, so you decide to investigate!

It's a bit of a distance to walk, because the smoke is a lot further away than you thought it was to start with. Which also means that it must be totally huge! The distance probably also explains why you didn't notice any construction gear being brought around. Or.... where's smoke from, anyway?

Before you can answer your question, or reach your destination, you're almost run into by a hurrying individual with very little regard for the short people they might be hurrying into, who barrels around a corner and only just barely avoids knocking into you. You nearly couldn't react in time, so close to the smoke now and looking up at it. Hey!
