The basics.

"Sadly, I don't know much more then you. I only found this a few days ago." You grimace at Keito, but otherwise say nothing. "What I do know is that if we don't use this app, we will not survive. This thing has some, supernatural power behind it. I mean, you saw for yourself." He swipes a few times, bringing up his own character sheet.

Skills: Ice Shard. Wind Blade. Attack Boost. Weaken. Agility. Restore (All).

"So, these are the attributes that you have when in combat. Weak and Resist should be obvious, while Absorb here means that the spell with actually heal instead of damage you. Their's also Immune and Reflect, both I think are also self explanatory." Keito scrolls down slightly, bringing his skills as the main focus.

"These are the skills, as I'm sure you're well aware. Considering that sucker punch from earlier. Their are two types of skills: magic skills and physical skills. Magic skills take your Sp, or skill points. While physical take Hp or health points." Keito then scrolls up to where the settings bar is, clicking an options cog. "Here you can switch your settings, the most important being voice command. It allows you to use voice for certain functions." You can't help but be mesmerized by all this. You've never been too avid a gamer, so all of this is coming at you all at once. He snatches your phone out of your hands, activating the voice command for you. "Alright, now firmly say Status On." You look weirdly at him, but do as he says.

"Status on." You say as firmly as you can, sounding almost like a drill sergeant would. Numbers fly out of your phone, forming over Keito's head. Then you see the hearts that you had seen when you hit Keito earlier.

"So, I'm guessing the hearts are your Hp and the stars are you SP?" You question, though you're pretty sure you already know the answer. You know at least a little bit about video games.

"Exactly, see you're getting it. Now, look at your left arm?" Though you scowl at his slightly condescending remark, you do as he suggests, raising your left arm.

"Oh, why am I missing a heart?" You ask, not remembering being hurt in any way.

"Remember, when you use physical strikes, you use your Hp as the casting resource. You used that Paralyzing Strike earlier, so that probably did it. Using physical moves are a double edge sword as they are powerful, but will wear you down. They need to be used carefully." Keito instructs. Nodding your head, you stare at your arm blankly, still trying to take everything in.

"Look, we should probably get going. Here." He fiddles through his phone, tapping away. A few seconds later, your phone buzzes.
