Melanie opened the app again and looked at the different drop-down boxes available. Maybe there was a choice to delete it or a way to fix what happened. Surely, this app had to have some kind of out. It wasn't as if she had given them money, so it couldn't be a scam.

Instead, all she found were options for help on starting her new life. There were no selections offering customer support, emails, or hotline calls. Despite this setback, Melanie found her finger hovering over the "Getting Started" tab.
