The amusement park

Last week Gracie heard her mom mention the opening of a new theme park close by to her house. 'Now was as good a time as any to check it out.' Gracie thought to herself. She did have time on her side after all. She could see a Ferris Wheel streets away from the amusement park and to speed up the journey she pressed the blue fast forward button on her remote. She arrived in seconds.

Gracie could walk straight into the theme park or take a bit of a detour. There was a country club near the posh side of town which wasn't far away. What should she do?
