The all-consuming hunger

The trio unsheathed their daggers from their belts, leaving the girl weeping at the door. Just from the way they handled their weapons, you can guess that they are extremely experienced in this sort of job.

Honestly, you didn't sign up to this, but as they encircled around you, something took over...'That' primal hunger, you can feel it once again. The same type of hunger that you felt while you ambushed both the carriage and the goblins.

The fat guy recovered himself by drinking a potion, but as he noticed their leader running away he stopped attacking and ran with him. You tried to follow, but hunger is now overtaking your senses. You could only listen to their conversation. "That what? You're gonna report to him how much of a fucking coward you are, bitch? How you left us you c-" The leader stabbed his teammate, putting his movements to a halt. "No one knows what happened here today. Not you. You were a good bandit, but your mouth is too big sometimes."

The girl from earlier is nowhere to be seen, but the sound of crying is undoubtedly audible nearby. This hunger is now unbearable to the point that you are going dizzy. You saw the tall man's corpse below a tree, you know what to have do. Not like you have any other choice here.

Once again, you did the same. This is gross, but the dying from hunger is way worse than eating some dead guy. After all, you know you're going to have to eat humans in the future, just feels weird you're doing it already, but that's fine, you tell yourself.
