The after show

Author's Note: Josh (default name) or Josh (customized) and Maya are used with the kind permission of JPyric. I'll be using the customized name for this story, so go put one in if you like.

Rousing applause and a standing ovation fill the diner as Molly finishes her set. Several patrons come up and tip Molly, the cash piling up on stage. Finally, a handsome man comes up, arm in arm with a monster girl with wings and scales on her legs.

"Hey, you were fantastic Molly. It's surprising to see and hear such a talent in a place like this." The man says as he reaches into his wallet and throws a bill on the pile.

You and Molly don't pay attention to the Bennie that just got thrown down. "Thank you so much, sir, bzzt! I'm glad you enjoyed my performance." Molly replies as she smiles at the pair.

The dragon girl gets obviously excited as she approaches Molly. "Hey Molly! Good to see you got a sponsor! You two look cute together! I just knew you'd find one soon after Joshie here sponsored me!"

"Maya?! Itz so good to see you again!" Molly exclaims as the two monster girls hug each other and start chatting away.

"Well, that makes things easier. Nice to meet you, I'm Josh Meyer and this is Maya, she's a half dragon girl. Looks like the girls know each other, so why don't we chat for a while?" Josh asks.

"Oh? I've heard your name around my office, don't you own a number of businesses?" You ask. "I'm Jack by the way, and I'm Molly's sponsor." You say before extending your hand for a shake.

Josh takes you up on your offered handshake and disengages before speaking again. "Nice to meet you, and that's right. Since sponsoring Maya I've been looking for ways to improve how monster girls are viewed in my offices, as well as try to get more people interested in sponsorship. I recently announced any of my employees can become a sponsor and shared AWIO'S website for applications. Hearing Molly here makes me think we can show off all the talents of monster girls. That's why I want you to come to my corporate office in two weeks for our all staff get together so she can play for them. How about it?"

You nod, "Yeah, actually, that sounds good. I'll ask for the day off from work so we can make it." You reach into your pocket and produce your wallet. Rifling through it, you find your Department of Redundancy Department business card and take it out. You jot down your personal cell number on the back and hand it to Josh. "Here's my card, my personal number is on the back. Thanks for this opportunity, I know Molly will love it."
