‘Well, aren’t you a mess! You’re going to let me have a feel of those boobs?’

The voice was rough and uncouth. Scared, I blinked in the strobing lights. My head ached again and I felt dizzy. I was… I looked around, confused. I didn’t know where I was. I was in a street, standing in the rain, hard concrete pavement beneath my feet. I had a raging headache like I had drunk too much.

I blinked again, trying to focus on the man standing in front of me. He leered at me. Not a vampire. A human. ‘Nice titties,’ he said. ‘Give me a feel, love. Make up for startling me like that.’

‘No!’ I said, loudly, scared. I set off walking down the street, trying to work out where I was, terrified he was going to follow me. I lurched to the side while I walked, still feeling dizzy.

The man didn’t follow me. ‘Suit yourself then,’ he called after me, and with a shudder, I kept walking.

I only just realised that my dress was open down the front. I couldn’t stop in the rain and the dark to pull the zipper up properly, so, blushing hotly, I pulled the edges together with one hand as I walked.

What had happened? Oh gods, I had had sex, in the bar with strangers. In full view of everyone in the club who had wanted to look our way. I had let them fuck me bare. I could feel that my panties and bra were still missing and I suspected that the wetness around my thighs was not just the rain but also their cum.

What had happened?

My last memory was of me struggling against men who were fucking me. There had been some kind of magic driving through me, through all of us together. The stream of magic had been so powerful that it had blinded me with its light. I remembered the men all holding me and falling into darkness.

But something had gone wrong. Someone had walked across to where we were on the couch, and a fight had broken out around us. There had been a sound like an explosion or a scream…

I could still remember the men’s last words.

Bitch, bitch, take that bitch, good animal…

It’s too late to struggle now, bitch.

You will make a good concubine.

Who had they even been? They weren't vampires. I had never seen that kind of magic before, or heard the language they had spoken among themselves. I worked out I was in the alley beside the club, one of those old alleyways that pre-date the arrival of cars, which is why it was so narrow. I sped up my steps and exited from the alley, thankful, out onto the main street where cars were swishing past, their headlights shining magically through the rain.

‘Hey, love!’

I looked up fearfully, still thinking of the drunk man in the alleyway, only to realise that the voice was coming from an expensively dressed man leaving the club. Actually… _Not _a man. His skin was — even in the darkness — too translucently beautiful for him to be anything but a vampire. He was wearing fake leather pants and a leather shirt, with a designer black denim jacket over the top of it all.

He walked right up to me and took hold of my arm above the elbow. Startled and grumpy, I shook him off. I wasn’t interested in being manhandled anymore tonight.

‘I saw you in the club,’ he said, looking down at me, his eyes dark.

‘Yeah?’ I said nastily, embarrassment running richly back across my face. ‘Leave me alone.’

‘Your girlfriend has gone home,’ he said. He gestured to one of the bouncers to step forward and the man did — a thickset man with the build of a boxer. ‘Aaron here interrupted the elves. The spell misfired and you must have landed in the back alley. Instead of wherever they were taking you.’

Elves? I gaped at both the men stupidly.

‘Elves?’ I said, not understanding them. ‘Elves don’t… I mean, they weren’t…’ I trailed off. I had never seen the faces of the three men in the club after all. Embarrassment flooded across my face again, as I suddenly realised something more important. Both these men had seen me naked. Had seen me having sex with the men in the club.

I had to get out of here.

‘Excuse me,’ I said as haughtily as I could, looking around for a taxi stand or a passing cab. ‘I need to get home.’

The tall vampire took hold of my arm again. Snarling at him, I moved my arm sharply to free myself but this time he gripped tightly, pulling me roughly to face him.

‘What’s your name?’ he asked.

I couldn’t think beyond my embarrassment and the fact that I was nearly naked. ‘Catherine,’ I said shortly. ‘Let go of me!’ I pulled my arm away again, failing miserably to break his superhuman grip.

He sighed. ‘We’ve got to get you off the street,’ he said. ‘You’re in more trouble than you seem to realise.’

‘Let go of me,’ I said again.

He ignored me completely, nodding instead to the bouncer, Aaron. ‘We’ll take her to your car. Come on,’ he said to me, pulling me with him towards a car parked directly outside the club.

‘No!’ I yelled, hoping that someone walking past would stop and take notice. It was late and raining heavily, though, and the street was empty except a couple of dopey human girls exiting the club with a vampire between them, his arms around each of their waists. Suddenly, this whole adventure seemed like a bad idea from the start.

The vampire turned back to face me, taking both my upper arms in his and giving me a tiny shake. ‘Wake up,’ he said, his voice rough. ‘You had sex with elves. Three of them. You’ve got their seed inside you now. Don’t you, love?’

I thought I was embarrassed before but that was nothing to how embarrassed I was now. My skin was burning so hot that I thought the cold water of the rain would probably burn into steam when it touched me.

‘You…,’ I said but the words failed in my throat. ‘Let go of me,’ I said sullenly, and this time finally, he paid attention, releasing my arms. ‘They were elves?’ I asked, feeling tears start in my eyes. I was so stupid. So very stupid.

_Everyone _knows not to eat or drink with elves. The same goes for sex. Don’t eat fairy fruit, don’t kiss an elf. Don’t let three elves fuck you roughly in a club… Don’t let three elves cum inside you. We all know they only want one thing from humans - to abduct us across the wall into their endless forests. And no-one who is **** by elves ever returns.

You will make a good concubine.

Those were the last words I had heard. Suddenly, I didn't feel so well.

‘I don’t feel enchanted,’ I said, feeling nauseous. ‘I feel fine. I’m fine.’

I didn’t feel fine. I felt embarrassed and wet to the skin, and I knew that once the adrenaline wore off, I was going to start shivering with cold as well.

‘Your eyes are glowing,’ the vampire murmured, flicking a bedraggled lock of my hair out of my eyes. ‘Glittering, with a fey light.’ His fingers drifted down the side of my face and I gasped in sudden desire. Oh, it felt so good to be touched.

So very, very good.

The vampire’s thumb ran across my open lips and I felt them parting for him, without any volition from me. I was panting suddenly, my eyes blurred. Oh gods, I wanted more sex. I felt myself burning between my legs, my clit and pussy pulsing with desire.

‘Please,’ I said, my voice breathless.

The vampire pulled me into him with warm hands on my arms. I gasped again at the feeling of his skin and the rough denim of his jacket against my skin. He stroked the skin of my upper arms gently back and forth with his thumbs.

‘I’m going to give you a choice, love,’ he murmured harshly. ‘You come with me. I’ll look after you. I’ll keep you fed and warm. But I only take willing participants. I won’t take you with me screaming. Choose to come with me, or I’ll give you your chance on the streets.’ He laughed, his hands closing tighter around my arms.

I flushed at the sudden feeling of warmth across my face. Oh, I wanted to fuck, so much… So very much.

‘She’s far gone,’ said Aaron laconically. ‘You going to take her? She’ll make a nice addition to your household, sir.’

I tried to calm my thoughts. Tried to think.

Everyone knows not to eat with elves. If you eat fairy fruit, you’ll never want real food again. And if given it, you’ll eat and eat and eat, unable to stop yourself until you’re sick… And there had been _three _of them. All the most powerful spells work in threes. Why had I been so stupid?

Oh gods, I wanted to fuck so much. My cunt was burning like a back hole. I wished the vampire in front of me would stop talking at me and let me rub my body up against his. I even wished the gross drunk guy from the back alley would come back, push me down onto the soaking wet pavement, and start to thrust into me.

The vampire pushed me away from him, a hard hand going under my chin to **** me to look up at him. I met his eyes unwillingly, trying to blink the heavy rain out of my eyelashes.

Why couldn’t he just fuck me already, dammit? I was so sick of standing here in the rain, just talking. I wanted to feel his lips against mine, to feel his hands on all of my skin. Maybe he could use me in his car, then he might let Aaron use me…

‘Well, Catherine?’ asked the vampire, a hard look on his face. ‘You coming with me? Or do you want to stay here? It's your choice. It won’t be long before someone else picks you up. I bet the word is already on the street about the human girl who can’t keep her legs shut.’
