The Weekend.

John rose on Saturday with a clear mind. The previous night he had been admiring himself in the mirror, when he thought of a change to make.

“I want all my body hair gone.” John typed, completely naked.

“Are you sure?” Jane questioned.

“Positive.” He reassured, his words blinked green.

John looked in the mirror and realised his mistake. He had only really considered his pubes when he meant ‘body hair’, he didn’t think about the hair on his limbs, head or even his eyebrows.

“Ahhh!” he shouted aloud. “I look like a giant baby!” he typed dramatically.

“Well…yeah, you have no hair on your body.”

“Why didn’t you say something?!” John panicked.

“I did! I asked if you were sure!” Jane hurriedly responded.

“What am I going to do?! I don’t have another change left!” John worried.

“Just wait till tomorrow hahahaha.” Jane answered, she clearly saw the funny side of things.

John rose Sunday morning from a restless sleep. He had spent the entire Saturday indoors, shading his weird nubile, Shpynx cat body from the outside world.

“Okay, lets try this again.” He thought to himself, he didn’t want to make another mistake and waste a daily change again. “I want my hair to return to normal, except for my pubic, chest and back hair which will remain gone.” He typed, words blinking green.

John admired his work in the mirror, making a mental note to word things more carefully in the future. He looked outside and, full of confidence, decided to do something he had never done in the past: go for a walk.

“Mrs. Chanelle?” John’s heart skipped a beat when he saw her.

She was sitting in the park by herself, playing with a Dachshund. “John?” She glanced around, seeing her student crush approach. “What are you doing here?” She flustered, standing up.

“Oh I thought it was such a nice day, I would go on a walk.” He smiled, looking at the cloudless sky. “What about you? On a walk with your dog?”

“Yeah… Well Pepper is my parents dog. But yeah, this is our Sunday routine.” Lara beamed, she couldn’t believe how happy she was just to see John. “Would you like to join us?” She asked impulsively.

“Oh I don’t want to intrude.” John reached down and patted Pepper on the head.

“You wouldn’t be intruding!” Lara insisted, her cheeks full of colour.

“Okay I’d love to.”

“Actually both my parents are dead. They died in a rollercoaster accident three years ago.” John replied solemnly.

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry John.” Lara stopped, and embraced her student hugging him tightly.

They had been chatting as they walked. John was excited to have made her laugh a few times as well as to learn more about his hot teachers out-of-school personality. She seemed to be an incredibly kind, honest and intelligent person, with an overall desire to help people. Their conversation had strayed to family, and John had admitted the truth.

“If you ever need someone to talk to about things, come to me. Okay?” She pulled back from their hug, she felt ashamed of how handsome she thought he looked in the afternoon sun. “Is that the time? I better get going.” Lara checked her watch, realising she had spent the better part of her Sunday talking with a student.

“Yeah me too. Bye Mrs. Chanelle.” John said taking a few steps away.

“John please. Out of school, call me Lara.”

“Okay” John smiled, “Bye Lara.”

Suddenly a thunderous bark echoed around the park, they turned to see a massive figure charging at them. Pepper dived for the safety of her owner as a large Mastiff, and its owner desperately chasing after it, in pursuit of the small dog. Lara picked up Pepper and John felt instinct take over, charging in front of his school teacher to protect her. The Mastiff barrelled into John, knocking him to the ground. But John had hold of its collar and wrestled with the huge dog.

“Go!” John shouted at Lara.

Lara took off cradling her puppy in her arms. While John tried to contain the animal, until the old man who owned it could catch up.
