The Tourist from Unova

As Bell walked the streets of the big city she couldn't help but gawk like the country girl she was. There were so many people, and stores, and lights! It was almost so overwhelming she had trouble deciding what to do first?!

(The first thing she SHOULD do is go to the Pokémon Center. Does She? Yes/No[Likely]: [5,6] Yes, AND she gets shown the way there. OH! I have an excuse to introduce a new NPC :D)

Bell supposes that she should head to the Pokémon Center first. The problem was that she wasn't sure how to get there.

"Yo, you look lost." Turning to face the voice Bell sees a man. "I don't supposed you'd let me give you directions." A tall blond man with a foreign accent, if she had to place it she would say Unovian, was standing a few feet away, eyeing her up and down as a large grin formed on his face.

Great, a fucking tourist. Still, she did need directions. "I don't suppose you know where the Pokémon Center was?" Good chance he at least knew where the Pokémon Center was.

The man actually puffs out and pounds his chest "Duh, of course I know where it is! If you doubt me..." He then pulls out a Pokémon Ball, "How about we fight for it. If you win, I lead you to the Pokémon Center..."

Great, not even 5 minutes in the city and she was already being challenged, by a fucking tourist no less. "and if you win...?" Mom was right, the big city was overrated.

"I lead you to the Pokémon Center, and then my room." The man the had the audacity to smile at her as if pleased with himself.

Fucking Unovians. "Fine, lets get this over with." Bell might be down to only Frank, but he was a BEAST! She was confidant in his abilities.

"Gladly..." Both trainers toss out their Pokémon Balls simultaneously, revealing their chosen Pokémon at the same time. "Go Emma!"

"Go FRANK!" (Frank currently has the one Oran Berry, negating the bonus Acrobatics would get)

(Init: Bell d8 v Keith d8; 3 v 3; 2 v 3; Keith goes first) As the light clears Bell gets a clear view of the foreigner's Pokémon, which turns out to be an Emolga. "Ah, fuck..." An electric type was the last thing she wanted to be fighting right now.

(This NPC trainer has Type Specialist[Electric], when using an electric move BOTH the Trainer's dice and the Pokemon's Dice get boosted by +1. So the NPC's d8 Tactics gets boosted to a d10, and the Emolga's d6 electric moves get boosted to a d8)

Judging from the grin on the foreigner's face, he was thinking the same thing as Bell. "Use Charge!" (Charge: 2, 3; wow!? What a start, lol!) Or the opposite? Because the Emolga seems to create a few sparks, but nothing seems to happen.

Strange, but Bell wasn't going to ignore her good luck. "Frank, use Ember!" (Ember; 3, 5; Emolga 2/3 wounds) Thankfully Frank doesn't seem to **** and manages to hit the flying electric rat.

"Don't just stand there Emma! Fly around and try charge again!" (Charge; 1, 7; +1 Defense & +1 to next move if Electric Attack) This time Emolga actually does seem to do something and Bell sees watch a field of electricity form around it.

"Follow it and use Ember again!" Frank follows the Emolga into the sky, chasing it as he spits out small balls of fire. (Ember; 1, 3; miss) But this time the agile Emolga manages to dodge Frank's attacks.

"Hit it with a Discharge!" (Discharge+2SuperEffective+1Charge; 8, 7; Frank 2/3) and to Bell's dismay the attack slams into Frank.

Well, you did have something you could do about that. "Frank, use ROOST!" There, that should help. (Roost: 5, 6; Heal +1 and lose Flying Type)

The Unovian looks pleased of all things. "Not a bad, idea. Emma, charge!" (Charge; 4, 7; +1 Defense and +1 to next move IF an electric attack) "But do you really think you should be drawing this out?"

"I don't see why not? Stay on the ground and use Ember!" (Ember; 11, 4; not a CRIT because the Emolga is at Defense 5+2; but at least it hits; Emolga 1/3) If Frank stays on the ground, it should help negate his flying weakness. What you find strange though is that the attack looks like it should have been a solid blow, but instead of falling out of the sky, the fire seems to be slightly dissipated by the electric field surrounding the Emolga.

(Look, this is a TTRPG which tries to emulate the Anime. If Ash/Pikachu can use the power of friendship to electrocute ground types, Bell can have Frank use Roost and then tell him to stay on the ground to negate a flying weakness.)

"Not bad, not bad. Emma, use Discharge!" (Discharge+1Charge; 7, 9; Frank 2/3) He actually looks please with himself, looking at you with an expression of excitement.

Great, ANOTHER weird person who was going to be obsessed with you. "Frank, finish it with Ember!" (Ember; 9, 2; Emolga 0/3) To your relief, even though the fire seems to be slightly dissipated by the electric field enough of the fire gets through that it hurts the Emolga and you see it start falling out of the sky towards the ground.

The Unovian manages to recall the Pokemon before it hits the ground. To Bells surprise he doesn't look upset. "I think I'm in love." Great, just fucking great. "Tell me beautiful, what is your name?"

Doing her best to keep her expression neutral, Bell tells the man. "Bell, my name is Bell."

"Well little lady, you have the pleasure of meeting Keith of Castelia City!" To her dismay, her wraps an arm around Bell's shoulder. "Now, I suppose I better keep up my part of the deal."

Bell grabs his arm and removes it from her shoulder. "Yes, you should." She already had one man trying to seduce her, she honestly didn't want another one chasing her skirt.

Not seeming to care that Bell had rebuffed his advances, Keith carries on with a confidant arrogance only a Unovian could achieve. "All right then, ONWARD!" And like a crazy person he pointed down one of the streets, arm outstretched dramatically, and started walking.

Fucking Unovians...

Author's Notes: Have I maybe planned out running into a unique antagonist in each location to make Bell's life difficult? Why yes I have :D Bell DOES have the Rival Hinderance, so I just view this as getting the most mileage out of the hinderance as possible :D

Why Yugio Characters? Because I think it's funny that's why. No, not all of them are going to be Yugio Characters.

As for (Bandit) Keith, I was trying to go for an annoying arrogant American vibe. Don't think I pulled it off, but that was what I was going for.

As for the fights itself. Did I also try to tip the scales of this fight in Keith's favor so that Bell would lose and then finally have a forfeit sex scene?! Yes! Did I try to create a snow ball effect with an Emolga who could constantly make itself harder and harder to hit while also allowing it to get powerful attacks off? YES! Was Keith ROLLING LIKE SHIT! Also yes!

Also, +1 Pokemon XP for Bell, I also need to roll for earned money. Rocket 2d6: 2, Keith 1d6: 2. Damn, those were some bad rolls. But Bell has 14 "money" now. She could go shopping :D

I am also counting this the end of the "session", so Mastery Points will replenish for everyone. Also, I feel like now is the time to roll for something I have been waiting to do for a while.

Bell has been Creampied by Louis 4 times by my count. 3 times in Santalune Forest and once in Santalune City. The first time was... [2 days in Santalune Forest, 3(maybe 2?) days in Santalune City] 5(4?) days ago. Since Bell will be going to sleep and waking up in a new location I feel like it is time to finally make THE ROLL!

I'll be using the Mythic Fate Chart rolling a [Maybe/Maybe Not] but with a Chaos Factor of +4(once for each Creampie). Since 5 is the "default" the total Chaos is the max of 9 :D

So, IS it an "unsafe" time of the month for Bell? I'll go with Maybe odds.

Wow, even our Chaos of 9 this still gives us a result of No, AND. With that in mind I'm going to say that Bell is going to be "safe" for the foreseeable future. At least until she leaves Lumiose City. With, that I am going to reset the "Cum Counter" to Zero, and not bother keeping track until she leaves Lumiose City.

Damn, I'm honestly not sure how to feel about this... On one hand this is a REALLY good roll for Bell. But on the other hand...
