The Tardis decides to take off with Rose inside

Parked at the Powell Estate, the Doctor stepped out, Rose followed suit with a backpack full of washing for her mum Jackie to do. She suddenly realised she forgot her jacket which was hung over a railing in the Tardis, so bounded back in, with the Doctor outside waiting, holding the backpack. Rose picked up the jacket and at that same moment, the console room jostled, the door shut and the engines activated. From outside the Doctor pleaded for the Tardis to stop what it was doing and quick pointed his Sonic to prevent the Tardis from dematerialising, but no look. At that moment Jackie ran out onto the street as the Tardis faded away.
