The Swap

As Vanessa announced the second commercial break, the men in the room grew even more restless. Ignoring the room's mood, the host walked over to her show’s Master and sat back on his lap.

She smiled and stared up into his eyes. “How you feelin’ Darlin’? Excited? You’re about to meet your harem!”

This comment confused Dan, who then looked at the group of men with equally confused expressions on their faces. Realizing he could move and speak again, he asked the question on almost everyone's mind.

“What do you mean? I thought the whole point of the last thirty minutes was that you were introducing men in my harem?” He stopped to think about what he just said. “Not that I want men in my harem, that is, I’m just confused.”

For some reason, Matt looked dejected by that comment.

“Oh, Darlin’. I told you, you’d be getting a harem full of pretty girls, didn’t I?” Vanessa said sweetly. “Don’t worry, Honey. These men won’t be in your harem.”

A collective sigh of relief could be heard from all the men in the room, minus one. Kaiden then took the opportunity to ask a question of his own. “Then why go through all the trouble in bringing us here if we’re not a part of the competition?”

“I never said that, dear. You all will be very important for what happens next.” Vanessa grinned.

“What happens nex-” Victor was cut off.

“Break times over! Let’s do this!” Vanessa leaped out of Dan's lap to announce the end of the commercial break. She returned to her place on set and adopted her usual “hosting” pose. The title theme music started back up while exposition shots flashed on the screen before panning back in on the lovely host.

“Welcome back to Harem Hotel! Before the break, we introduced the last of our lovely contestants to bring us up to eight in total! A quick survey during the break has already shown that people are interested in our resident cuties, Matt and Gabriel. Even some for you, Mr. Grumpy Pants.”

Cody grunted while the other two mentioned looked somewhat bashful. Gabriel hated to be the center of attention and couldn’t fathom people actually being interested in him. At the same time, Matt wanted to hide under the couch after embarrassing himself with his choice of outfit and then passing out.

Meanwhile, Dan actually looked a bit happier. Vanessa confirming that the men in the room wouldn’t be his harem took a lot off of his mind and started to get him excited at the prospect of having a harem of pretty girls again.

Yoichi looked lost in thought while contemplating what Vanessa’s words may have hinted at, and Victor just kept looking between Dan and Sam while being worried about them.

On the other hand, Sam was still lost as he had never read the pamphlet they were given and decided to keep his focus on the one thing that kept him interested in the room; Vanessa’s A-Tier Ass. Niall, still unsure of what to make of things, was still trying to figure out what the hell a harem was, but didn’t want to look dumb by asking.

Lastly, Kaiden looked as stern as ever, keeping every action and word Vanessa spoke in his mind. After all, he wanted to be prepared in case he needed to use **** to get everyone out of there.

“With that out of the way, we have one little thing we have to do before we announce the transformation paths that our viewers will be voting on.” Vanessa turned and pointed toward Victor. “Victor, hun, could you come on over for a second?”

Victor nodded his head and joined the host on the center stage. Vanessa then hooked her arm around his and continued speaking. “As our lovely Master has said several times now, he prefers the fairer sex, and it has been pointed out that our contestants here are in fact, men. Well, obviously, we’ll need to fix that.”

With a snap, Victor's world turned upside down. Or rather, it shrank. The young man’s body began to lose height and muscle mass as gentle curves started to shape. Medium-sized breasts formed on his chest while his hips rounded out his softer but firm butt. His shaggy blonde hair extended until it stopped at his lower back while straitening itself. Hair vanished from places you’d expect from a young man while his face grew more feminine by the second. Though his relatively tanned skin stayed, his skin softened out and took on a silkier texture. When all was said and done, Victor was no longer the one standing in front of the cast.

“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Victoria Chapman to the show.” Vanessa spread her arms toward the newly formed woman while applause thundered from the invisible audience.

The men all gasped while Dan’s mouth was left ajar. Of all the things he witnessed today, seeing his best friend turn into a female version of himself was far from his expectations. The clues and signs were all there. He simply could not piece it together.

Vanessa smiled at the bewildered girl and gestured. “Thank you, Victoria. You may now head back to your seat.”

Victor, or rather Victoria now, couldn’t speak. She just stood there with her hand wandering about her body.

Vanessa continued looking at the blonde girl and sighed. “You’ll have plenty of time to explore later, hun, though you may be getting even more changes in a bit. Now go on and sit.”

Once again, compulsion took over, and Victoria returned to her seat. As she did, Dan got a good view of the changes his friend just went through. The resemblance to his male look was uncanny as if this new person was a long-lost twin sister he knew Victor never had. Victoria glanced at Dan for a moment, an unsure look on her face, before finally taking her seat.

By this point, the rest of the men on the couches were just as shocked as Dan was. Several of them were muttering about how impossible this was while a certain gamer shook in anticipation.

‘D-does this mean that we are all turning into women!?’ Matt wondered gleefully.

Before anyone could protest, Vanessa continued with the show with a wide smile. “Next up is you, Gabriel. Come on over!”

With Gabriel up on stage, the magic that shocked everyone was happening again. Gabriel’s height shrank to about 5’ 2” while his thin body curved somewhat, giving the new woman an hourglass shape. His black hair grew to about shoulder length while his brown skin and face took on the same soft and feminine texture as before. By the end of his transformation, Gabriella, as Vanessa announced, resembled a petite young Latina woman.

“Dios mío.” The small and cute woman spoke with a soft sensual voice, completely unlike the man she once was.

One by one, Vanessa took the men from Dan’s life and changed them into beautiful women in seconds.

Cody begrudgingly became Chloe after attempting to resist the compulsion to come up to the stage. Unlike the others, she kept most of her height, though she was now about 5’ 10”. Her body kept most of the muscles that defined the former man but added a feminine layer of curves that bulged out of her tank top and jeans she sported. Thick chestnut hair also sprouted from her head and past her shoulder blades, filling in what was once shaved. Her growls, after being changed, were far more feminine than before.

Soon after, Yoichi became Yui, who didn’t struggle in the slightest. He simply walked on up when he was told and quietly sat back down afterward. His transformation started off once again by shrinking just a tad to about Gabriella’s new height while her curves stayed fairly petite. Her black hair, however, grew until it reached her butt and took on a glossy and smooth texture. Her Asian heritage shone through when her pale skin kept the youthful look they were known for. The first thing she did after she sat back down was to cup her newly formed breasts before muttering, "Hmm, neat."

Like Cody before him, Kaiden struggled against the compulsion and even attempted to escape before he inevitably became a she. Kaylee, as she was now known, kept the age that Kaiden once was, though she looked relatively younger when compared to those of similar age. Her hair stayed grey, thickened back up, and flowed down just a bit past her shoulder blades. Medium-sized breasts formed, and her hips became much more matronly. Her body was never “out-of-shape,” so when the body shrank, not much fat seemed to remain. Only a layer of fat concealed the muscle that still existed from her military days. The new woman scowled at the host before trudging back to her seat.

It was finally Matt’s turn to get changed. A moment he could only have dreamed of in the past was actually becoming a reality. No more questions, no more doubt. This was exactly what SHE wanted. Matthew was left behind as Madison came into being. Her thick blue hair extended down to her shoulders, taking on a shade that no dye could match. Being scrawny already made it so that when she finally got curves, her purchased clothes filled out perfectly well. Her breasts were a bit larger than she expected, but her butt, which she was proud of, stayed as shapely as before. Her skirt and high-heeled boots combo were dangerous as her sex appeal skyrocketed.

What happened next took everyone out of their dazed state as the “true” Maddy did not wait for Vanessa’s permission to move. Instead of running to her seat, she hugged and surprised the host with a kiss on the cheek, then launched herself at the bewildered Dan, who caught her. Tears ran down her face as she held him tightly.

She spoke softly with a voice much like the one she had faked having before. “Finally… I can be who I always was meant to be. Thank you, thank you, thank you…”

The young woman’s tears broke Dan out of his daze as he hugged her tightly. Though he was extremely conflicted by the changes made to his friends and peers, at least one good thing happened he truly believed.

Vanessa smiled as she looked at the two young adults on the loveseat, but she needed to continue this preliminary round of transformation, or else the producers won’t be happy. “Alrighty, love birds, break it for now. You’ll have plenty of time to get “acquainted” with one another later.” She teased.

Red-faced, Maddy tore herself off her crush and began to head back to her seat but remembered that she needed to do something. Dan, in a whirlwind of emotions and thoughts, suddenly felt a pair of lips on his cheek.

“Thank you for being my best friend,” Maddy whispered as she quickly retreated.

“Aw shucks, that was cute. Wish you would have saved that for when the competition truly started, Hun. I, unfortunately, can’t give you any VPs for that just yet, but maybe the voters will be kind to you in the polls.” Vanessa giggled as she turned back into host mode. “Next up is you, Niall. Come on down!”

Niall finally understood what was happening. He was in a dream. There was no way people just turned into women out of nowhere. Thusly, since this was a dream, why should he care if he turns into a girl?

‘Not like this is permanent or anything.’ With those thoughts in mind, Niall was quickly transformed into the Irish beauty, Natalia. His former tall and gangly form allowed his body to expand into thick curves while his messy auburn hair straightened out and exploded in volume like a lioness. Large breasts formed while her butt stayed proportional to her new curves. Her pale skin was accented by the new dramatic reds that now adorned her visage, much like her older sister.

Last but not least was poor young Sam, who couldn’t help but check out every single new woman that appeared in front of him. Everyone was more than “Dibs” worthy to him; And boy did he feel jealous when the cutie with blue hair dived into his older brother. However, now it was his turn to go from Sam to, well, Sam. Samantha, that is. Her caramel brown hair spread to her lower back as her lightly tanned skin became smooth in texture. Sam was already fairly plump already from being more of a partier than a worker, so when her curves came in, they came in thick. It was as if all her body fat refocused to be in the best location for them to be for a woman: large breasts, a trim belly, thick thighs, and ass to match. Sam was almost the ideal “Dibs” in her opinion. Too bad she couldn’t appreciate it without a mirror.

With every man except for Dan, now a woman, Vanessa happily wrapped up this segment of the show. “That’s it for our preliminary transformations.
