The Spiral Door

Opening up the door reveals a very strange sight. All of a sudden Scythe is in a classroom that's startlingly bright, thanks to the midmorning sunshine streaming in the windows. It looks like one of those high schools out of an anime, with the cherry blossom tree right outside and the sliding door on the far wall.

All the desks are piled up in the back of the room, however, in two precarious towers on either side of the door that Scythe stepped in through. That door and its frame don't match the rest of the room at all, like it had intruded from another time and place entirely. It also swings shut so abruptly that it almost smacks Scythe on his fat little ass right as he takes another step into the room. When he tries to open it, it doesn't budge. "Oh my God," he groans, covering his face with abject frustration.

However, there's something else of note in the room. It seems the desks were moved to make space for a single AV stand in the center of it all. It's got an old, bulky TV set on top of the metal support structure and a VCR under that. On top of the VCR is a stack of old video tapes, still in their packaging. A quick test of the classroom door and windows reveals they won't offer Scythe a way out, either. Whatever's trapped him in this room wants him to interact with the AV stand.
