The screen just shows static. Scythe will have to put in one of the video tapes. A quick shuffle through the stack of video tapes reveals an old anime with an untranslated title, some kind of educational program, and a tape that's still in the sleeve it came in from the store with an additional label that reads "Hikaru's Movie."
