The Spider

Bruce's note:

This thief has hit the homes of several rich men and women in Gotham, leaving them blindfolded and tied up with white rope using elaborate knots. The tied-up victims are the reason for the Spider name, given to this thief by Summer Gleeson. No fatalities so far. Low priority, but one to watch. The only other thief this good at getting into penthouses is Selina, but police files suggest no breaking and entering. The victims aren’t talking. Something’s not right.

The new DA, Viti Saxena, wants this thief caught and is giving GCPD a hard time over it. It's likely that some of the victims are her prospective donors; there are rumors that she's considering a mayoral run.
