The Shaded Lantern...

One of the few residents of the city who interacted with you relatively kindly, Kynth Gwyn, had recently inherited the Shaded Lantern from his great uncle. Which had been keeping him busy in the past few weeks, now he had sent a message asking you to stop by. The tiny Gnome was most likely wanting a warrior who was loyal just to him, the males who had worked for his great uncle might not be trust worthy. And you were easily the match for almost any male, and most of them knew that with just a glance at you. You had discovered at a early age that a little intimidation was easier, was much better than a fight no matter how much you might enjoy hurting someone.

A hard cold rain had began falling, turning the gray pave stones a oily looking black. Pulling your hood up, you hurry on along the streets as they twisted down towards the harbor. The lower harbor quarter of the city, was where the red lantern district was located. It wasn't somewhere you generally... nor often went, wandering as it really was the a seedy part of town. At last you stepped into the doors of The Shaded Lantern, telling the door man that you had an appointment with the owner. He directs you to a office on the second floor, that over looked the tavern section of the house. Knocking on the door you hear the voice of your friend inviting you inside, opening the door you enter the luxurious office to see Kynth. The small Gnome bounces to his feet, hurrying around the desk to greet you.

“Ulkin... my dear friend!” Oh boy that was laying it on thick, Kynth always did that when he was going to ask for a big favor. He hadn't called you his 'Dear friend' since he'd ask to borrow your life savings that one time. “Would... would you like a drink?” The little Gnome asked strolling over to a small corner bar, pouring himself a bit of pale white Elven wine. “Uncle Janus had about everything you can think of here... I remember you're fond of that whiskey the North-men make...”

“I won't say no to that.” You snort as he tells you to have a seat, before bringing a glass of the golden whiskey to you. Taking the glass you take a long drink, enjoying the fiery burn as it slides down your throat. “Ammm that is much better than what I normally get in the pub.” You grunted, as Kynth returns to his chair behind the desk taking a long sip of his wine. “So what is this about?” You asked as the little Gnome looked at you smiling faintly, taking a bigger drink of his wine as you watching him.

“Ahem... Your looking well...” Kynth cleared his throat, stammering nervously as you sat back taking another long drink from your glass. “You see... I... I was hoping that maybe I could hire you to work for me.”

“Hah I figured that much...” You say with a laugh, licking your thick Orcish lip's as the little Gnomes eyes widen in surprise. Plainly he hadn't been expecting you to have figured it out, or be reacting so well to the offer. “What... you don't trust your Uncles guards, so you want me to be your chief of security or personal body guard?” Kynth choked for a moment, dribbling wine down his chin as you say that.

“No that's not it... I want you to work here.” The Gnome blurted out as you look at him in shock, even as he hurries on his words coming out faster. “I don't know if your aware of this... but Orc sex fantasies are all the rage among the nobles. They are willing to pay a lot of money to have a real Orc... fuck them or make them suck his cock. And since wild Orc's are well unlikely to come work here... or bath for that matter. And it was doubtful the Gnome could approach any of them, you were really the only half Orc he personally knew. Back when you were younger, you had tried to make friends with some of the others. It had not gone very well, maybe it was growing up with the guardsmen but they had rubbed you the wrong way.
