The Ride Back Home

Anna sighs as she held your hand back to the car opening the door for you and buckling your seatbelt kissing your forehead with a soft smile “ there we go my sweet little boy all buckled in” she said before getting in the drivers seat, putting on her sunglasses and starting to drive back home

A moment of silence before she sighs and breaks the silence “ sorry for that darling momma didn’t mean for that to happen” she said softly and pulling into the driveway and turns around smiling

“Good news momma has a surprise for you” she said smiling hoping to cheer you up

“Surprise mommy” you say confused as she got out of the car and opened the door for you holding your hand and leading you inside
