Where is Victoria? Has anyone found her yet?
The Rear Entrance
Surrender looked different in the day light. The converted warehouse looked exactly like that. Without the full car park, people lined up outside, bathed in colored over-head lights while the walls vibrated along with the music, the building lacked an atmosphere of mystique and excitement. The last time she had been here, Chloe had given Gavin a blowjob in this car park. Part of the reason for that had been how horny she’d gotten dancing up against him in the club, but there was also the electrifying ambiance that anything could happen within those walls.
The red head hopped out of Brandon’s truck, standing on that same car park where she’d sucked off one of the best friends, surrounded by people but hidden between vehicles. It only served to remind her of another incident earlier that day, in another car park, where she’d flashed her soccer coach while her friends watched from the school. Pity he had to be married or perhaps she could have added another public blowjob to her sexual resume. Though, if she was being honest with herself, knowing people might be watching got her wet almost as much as the idea of sucking off her fit teacher.
Casting an eye around the car park at the sparse number of cars parked there, Brandon said, “I don’t recognize any of these cars.”
“No, but we can’t be sure that she parked here, or that maybe they met elsewhere and then came here,” Chloe noted, mentally counting the cars. “It does look like something is going on though. There are a few too many cars around.”
“Yeah. Truth be told, I didn’t expect the club to be open yet, but they do already have a bouncer guarding the door.” He cocked his head towards the large, bushy-bearded white man standing by the entrance. “So, any ideas how to gets us in?”
“Mmm, maybe one. Follow my lead,” Chloe bid Brandon come hither with a pair of fingers before beginning her walk up to the front door.
The bouncer watched their approach. His eyes were hidden behind thick, black glasses and his expression was stoic but it obvious that he was paying attention because before Chloe even had a chance to open her mouth he stuck out a muscular arm with a raised, flat hand, and said, “Club is closed, no entry.”
“I was here the other night, maybe you recognize me.” She didn’t wait for him to respond, sensing that he didn’t care. “Anyway, I left something here, and I was just wondering if I could check your lost and found.”
“No,” he told her simply. “Come back later and talk to the bar tender.”
“Sorry, I would, but I can’t. I’m going somewhere else tonight, so I need to get it now,” Chloe lied her ass off. “It was a pendant, I borrowed it from my friend, but I lost it here the other night. If I don’t have it to return to my friend tonight, she’s going to kill me.”
“That’s not my problem.” The bouncer took a wider stance and crossed his arms. “There’s a private event right now. I can’t let you in.”
“A private event?” Brandon echoed. “But you just said it was closed.”
“It is, for a private event.” His attitude was as rooted and unmovable as his body. “Now, fuck off.”
Defeated, the teens slinked away from the door, though they didn’t return to the car. They walked until they were out of earshot and turned a corner, so that they were hidden by the old brick walls of the renovated warehouse. There, they prepared to regroup.
“Well, any more plans?” Brandon asked irritably. He was used to people being intimidated by him, or, failing that, taking what he wanted with brute ****. On the field as much as real life, Brandon’s value lay in his naturally gifted athleticism, but there was no way he could take that bouncer, not alone.
“No, I thought that would have worked, and if it wasn’t for this private event, I think it would have. But at least it wasn’t a total bust, we learned that something is going on here,” Chloe said, trying to remain optimistic. “We just need some way to get past him.”
“Perhaps you could distract him,” Brandon suggested, thinking of football plays where he would feign one direction but sprint off in another. “While he’s focused on you, maybe I could slip in past him.”
“Look, just because I flashed my tits at Coach Mueller, doesn’t mean I’m going to go around showing off the goods to everyone,” Chloe argued, worried that she was getting a reputation.
“What?!”
“What?”
Chloe blushed as she remembered that Brandon hadn’t been there for her earlier presentation to the Coach, and there hadn’t been any time for anyone else to tell him about it. Instead, she’d outed herself. She felt her embarrassment growing as Brandon stared at her for a good, long minute, her cheeks becoming as red as the hair on her head. But she refused to talk about it, leaving him confused and bewildered, simultaneously sure and yet uncertain of what he’d heard her say.
Since she denied explanation and time was pressing, Brandon continued, “Um…okay…well, maybe we don’t need to get in at all. If it’s a private event, it’s unlikely Shawn or Victoria would have been able to get in either.”
“Or it’s a private event set up by Shawn, who hired the bouncer to keep us from saving Victoria, again,” Chloe replied, grateful that Brandon had let the Coach Mueller comment slide. “Either way, we need to get inside and see for ourselves. If we go back without checking it out, they’ll just make us come back and do it again.”
“Well, I don’t have enough money to bribe him, so what can we do?”
“Wait, when Kurt and Victoria found Madis…” Chloe trailed off, remembering that Brandon was so upset with his sister that he’d stormed out of the cabin and still wasn’t talking to her. In her mind, she could still picture how angry he’d been when he left yesterday, and Chloe had no aspirations to be on the other side of that fury, especially since, what she was about to say pertained directly to Madison’s interaction with Shawn.
“It’s okay you can say her name,” Brandon assured her, though he clenched his fists at his side, burying his anger. “What’s the idea?”
“Right, okay, well, Shawn dragged Madison to an alleyway behind the club, where Victoria and Kurt found her afterwards. Maybe there’s a back door or something that we can use to sneak in,” Chloe said, taking care with each work and watching Brandon with nervousness, expecting him to fly off the handle at any second.
“Okay, let’s go.” His words were blunt now, not even trusting himself to keep his rage quashed.
The walk around the building was done in silence, the awkwardness killing any conversation. Brandon didn’t want to talk about it and Chloe didn’t know what to say. Thankfully the path around the building was a short one and there was soon a new problem to divert their attentions. Around the final corner, there was indeed a back door, an emergency fire exit, propped open by a brick. Unfortunately, there was also a man outside it on a smoke break.
Putting his arm out to keep Chloe from walking around the corner, Brandon cocked his head at the smoking man. Peering subtly around the edge of the building, she saw him, in his mid-twenties to early thirties, wearing trousers and a shirt. Well groomed and professional, but his clothes weren’t expensive and there was a walkie-talkie fastened to his belt, leading Chloe to the conclusion that he was someone’s assistant or a runner. Try as she might to fit his presence in with her theory that Shawn had rented out the building and hired the bouncer, his presence didn't make sense.
Done with his cigarette, he dropped it to the floor and stamped out the embers, leaving it flattened but still smoking in the dirt. The teens prepared to follow him, watching as he opened the door wide and nudged the brick out of the way with his foot.
“Grab that door!” Chloe hissed in a low voice.
This was Brandon’s time to shine. He covered the distance between the end of the building and the door in seconds, barely breaking a sweat or losing his breath as he cinched his fingers around the door before it could slip shut. Chloe’s powerful soccer developed thighs had her not far behind but definitely coming in second and in the vital seconds that she lost, she likely would have missed the door. She whooped and congratulated Brandon, who was all smiles now, his anger evaporating, pleased that he was finally able to be of use to someone.
Quiet again, they snuck into the building, leaving the door propped with the brick in the event of a quick getaway. Half crouched and taking slow, small steps, they ventured deeper into the club, following the distant sounds of voices. Neither Chloe nor Brandon could quite make out who was speaking, but they were certain that at least one was a woman. But it sounded like there were multiple men, and Chloe began to worry that perhaps Shawn had set up some sort of gangbang as punishment for Victoria.
What's going on inside Surrender?
