The Raffle Draw

You get up early the next morning and brush your teeth, take a shower and put on a nice flannel shirt as well as some nice jeans. Making sure your hair is brushed, you get in the car with your parents and younger sister then head to the school where there is a huge crowd, like everyone in town has come to see what was happening, which they had.

At around noon the school principle stood in front of everyone an the stage and announced into the microphone.

“Laddies and Gentlemen, the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Today we fix our seniors into their forever matches. This is a monumental moment for the entire senior year so lets give them all a huge hand.”

The crowd errrupts into applause as the seniors become very shy, nervous about how things would turn it .

“Ok time to begin. You all know the drill. The jumbotrron behind me will start to fish names and the two names that show will come up on stage, share their kiss and go on their first date paid for by the district. Without any further ado lets…”

Everyone in the crowd then yells “Make! Those! Matches”

One by one the seniors gets selected and sent of to their dates. Max got paired with one of the band chicks, Marston got paired with the suspected valedictorian, Preston got put with one of the really shy kids who kept to themselves, Zay got put with a girl from theatre and Cameron got put with one of the goth girls.
